Acry's Smut and Fluff

Well it’s been a long time since June 18th, 2018 7:00 PM... Sorry about that. Yeah, life got a little more complicated after that day. On my last post i stated the whole internet issues, things got better over time but the following month i actually ended up moving out of my mother’s house due to finding a job at a much more distant area. From there, it was kinda like starting from scratch, i was a kid trying to make ends meet with a shitty minimum wage job that unfortunately didn’t understand the concept of work/life balance.

From there i’ve been jumping from job to job, my last job being in health insurance and it actually paid pretty decently, but the amount of work and stress that job caused was not worth the money.

So what have i been doing? Well while i was working there, i did have a moment here and there where i could draw and i’ve been steadily improving ever since late 2019, it came to a point where i couldn’t really manage my mental health with the job i had so i ended up quitting around late October 2020 to focus my efforts full time into my art.

I hope this does get to a couple of the people that i knew here, miss you all and would love to hear from you again!

So i’ve been away for a little while due to me taking a visit over to my boyfriend and girlfriend for entire week, it’s done me a lot of good and got me in good spirits which i really needed! Noooooow onto the bad news, during the move, my PC’s wifi card kinda got busted up and i’m using a little USB adapter to at least go online, problem is that it’s not working the best and sites like Tumblr run at a snail’s pace (It took me 10 minutes to even have this page load!) and it would just not be super easy to visit this site often.

I’ll still try my best to at least get some uploads up, but in terms of communication i’m kinda limited.

No, i haven’t been obsessively listening to Humanz again, pfft, what are you talking about?... A-anyways! Wanted to shake things a bit up from all the gay and give my girlfriend some love, well, she’s the one giving me all the loving here anyways~ <3

So my lack of posts recently have been a mixture of a couple of things: Lack of a drive, bit of art block and i suppose some general depression.

But most importantly, for the last week we’ve been experiencing various power outages in my area (Welcome to Puerto Rico, things are STILL not fixed) and it’s been keeping me from both being online or even drawing due to fear of losing everything.

So all those things combined have kinda affected my productivity hard and i’d like to return to drawing once i am sure that these power outages are behind me at least for the time being.

Crossing hooves that this’ll hopefully get something done for this weekend, but i hope you can all understand my situation at the moment.

Upon further consideration over the current market, we have decided to reboot Acry’s Smut and Fluff into a new family friendly comedy blog called Acry’s Fluff  Woah!

Complete with a brand new never been done before art style that’ll appeal to all audiences!

What? This just completely ditches the uniqueness and personality of the original source material and we’re just dumbing it down because we believe children are the lowest common denominator and don’t deserve higher quality entertainment for some reason?

Look! We’ve been big fans of this for years! This isn’t for you, we just wanna have a bold new take on this for the current generation! You’re just being a hater!

So little context behind this, @theonedrumist bought himself and i these adorable little plushies based on our favorite animals

They looked so cute together that i wanted to draw em with how our mods look like regularly! Told ya this blog would be a tad bit more than just pony every now and then! ^^

So i think you guys have noticed that i’ve kinda slowed down a bit on drawings these past few days, sadly my tablet has been bugging out every now and then and it’s really been tough getting stuff done with this thing ^-^’

Really it just kinda decides when it wants to work when it wants to and “fixes” itself after a while, but it’s really unpredictable when that’ll happen.

I’ll hopefully get at least one more drawing out before the end of the week if the tablet decides to cooperate with me and i hope i’m able to get more stuff done next week.

I will have to take a hold on requests due to me not really knowing how long it’d take me to get to those, but asks are always open and just in general you’ll be able to see more original pieces going forward. At least until i can get this old tablet replaced, then after that things will go back to normal.

Little gift art for @gamelink-reviews! Met him through a Discord server and he was very supportive of my work here, plus on top of that he had a really friggin cool youtube channel so i wanted to give him a little something for being so nice!
