To all the people crying for drafting and development to be a priority, they are. This has been reiterated by front office repeatedly.

But this takes time. They team has existed for 5 years. The 18yos drafted in 2021 are 23 now. That is not that old. Listen everytime other players talk about how good all the young guys are. When gmjb says they are focused on youth. Quit spiraling out that this doesn't happen magically overnight. That is what development means. Patience and building.

Not everyone is Celebrini. Stop using him and Bedard as your metric for what 19/20 yos should be doing. Give them time to cook and stop listening to the toxic national media.

If you were celebrating Mcmann but are considering Nyman and Sale and all the others busts at 21 or 22, please go take a long hard look in the mirror. Or at Bobby's playing history. Namely how fucking long it took him to make it to the NHL.
