For the record I will tag anything fandom related with a tag for that specific fandom, if you need to block anything. 

But I will tag something #not fandom if: 

1. It has nothing to do with anything fandom related.

2. It could and likely does apply to a fandom, but no specific character/fandom is mentioned in the post.

3. It is about fandom in general, but not about one specific fandom, in which case I usually follow the tag up with #but totally fandom.

This is so that people can block that tag if they followed me only for specific fandom content. 

And as always, please don’t hesitate to let me know if there’s something in particular you would like me to tag for. =)

I used to have no preference but after a lot of introspection I find that I am most comfortable with they/them pronouns.

Will you please tag for ______?

Sure! I’m trying to be better about tagging (especially potentially triggering things) but I’m very scatterbrained so don’t hesitate to let me know if I let things slip through. 

Did you block me?

I use the block feature very liberally to better control what comes across my dash, so if you have ever posted ship-hate, character-hate, or anything unpleasant or intolerant in a tag I track, I probably blocked you. Also, if I see you using differing fandom opinions as an excuse for personal attacks on other people I will immediately block you. 

As a kindness to myself I now use those “Defense Squad” posts in the Silm fandom (you know the ones) as a blocklist when I come across them. Because yikes.

I’ve also started blocking people who reblog my art with unpleasant things in the tags about the characters. Part of the joy of sharing my art is seeing what other people say about it in the tags, and I mostly only draw characters I really love, so...yeah. I don’t want to see that. 

If you believe I have blocked you in error (you did not post that thing, or you have no plan to post such things in the future) let me know and I will gladly unblock you. I assure you, it was nothing personal, unless you were deliberately being an intolerable douche canoe, and I just want to curate my fandom experience so that it’s a pleasant one for me. Life is too short.
