Reiju being a sapphic icon was already canon in my heart but the way she cuddles up to Tahigi in a recent cover illustration just convinced me further. Good for them, Tashigi deserves a badass gf and Reiju someone who will treat her right.

Oda's personal crack-ship, apparently. He drew them in a color spread because apparently he had a vision that no-one else shared and he needed to let it out in the world. And honestly, Oda cooked with this one.

There is SO much chemistry in the colorspread alone, but if that isn’t enough to convince you, please imagine Reiju flirting in the exact same loser way as her brother. But for her somehow it works because Tashigi is an even bigger loser.

I think Reiju should kiss all the pretty girls and according to the 1108 cover Oda agrees with me.

→ Summary: The plan is simple: rent a cabin in the middle of nowhere and spend two weeks away from work and the stress of the city. Just the four of them: Law, Shachi, Penguin and Law's beloved dog Bepo. Simple and straight forward. Until they arrive at the cabin to find out the place had accidentally been double booked and three brothers are also supposed to spend the next two weeks in the exact same cabin. There aren't exactly a lot of solutions for such an unprecedented scenario: either one group leaves, both leave or...they all stay and try to make the most out of the vacation.

“So, does everyone know the rules of this?” Shachi asked as he looked around at everyone with a raised eyebrow as if this was some very serious business and not childish bullshit to pass the time.

“What does it matter—” Law started with a roll of her eyes and she just wanted to get this over with but Luffy nearly yelled right over her with the announcement that he hadn’t even known there were any rules to this. Great.

“Alright, so…everyone keeps their finger on the planchette at all times,” Shachi started and was immediately interrupted with a confused “What’s a…plank-that?” from none other than Luffy.

“The piece of wood right here, with the hole in the middle,” Sabo chimed in with apparently all the patience in the world. Poor bastard was probably so used to Luffy’s stupidity that he didn’t even bat an eyelash anymore at having to explain the most mundane and obvious things to the guy.

Luffy made a small “ah”-noise while Shachi went right back into the explanation of this stupid game: “So, we all have to keep our finger on the planchette at all times once we start, no matter what happens. Breaking the contact before properly ending the seance and saying goodbye will only serve to anger the spirits and is a sure way to end up being haunted!”

Law scoffed with a roll of her eyes that was nearly painful, glaring at Ace when the man knocked his leg against hers in reprimand for apparently being the only reasonably put-out person in this room right now. Law knocked her leg back against Ace’s with more force, even though she knew it probably didn’t do a whole lot of anything with how muscular the guy’s thigh was.

“Don’t scoff at the rules of the spirit world, Law. The sceptics are always the ones causing trouble with this kind of thing,” Shachi reprimanded her with a stern gaze and Law’s eyebrow twitched upwards.

“The only trouble I have right now is the fact that I’m surrounded by people who legitimately think something like the spirit world is an actual thing. Spoiler alert: Casper isn’t going to answer this call or any other.”

“I would suggest for you to leave the room—”

“It would be my pleasure.”

“—but then you would never learn to respect the things beyond the veil.”
