“You complain a lot for a professor who loved fucking a student,” she grinned, resting her head in her hand, elbow leaning down on the bar’s counter. “Or are you just upset you fell for my trap?” 

He scoffed. “Darling I have always, and will always, complain about my students, I won’t apologize for that. Besides, I did mention not hating them all the time, if you’ll recall.” With a conspiratorial grin, he glanced around as though he cared that someone might overhear them. “Upset? No, can’t say that I am, because while you were trapping me into fucking you, I was trapping you into falling for me, and now everyone is equally screwed.”

His eyes rolled. Why was she always so dramatic? “We could help each other if you stopped being a pain in the ass for one whole second.” 

She tried not to smack him when he rolled his eyes at her. “Help each other, us? Cole, you and I barely speak anymore, why should I help you?”

“You could accompany me to a game or two. Or you could go hiking with me. I have to admit though I like to hike naked,” he said with a wink. As stupid as Gideon could be sometimes he would never actually hike naked. But to see Jen naked .. he’d try to pull anything.

“I wouldn’t mind that, it’s been awhile since I attended one.” Jenny couldn’t help but to laugh at that. She knew he was lying, as the prospect of hiking naked just seemed utterly ridiculous, but the idea itself, of being naked with Gideon, wasn’t so bad; not that she’d say so. “You can hike naked all you want to, but don’t expect me to do the same; people see enough of my on screen, thank you very much.”

She’s just wrapped on movie project and has another coming up, so she’s hoping to enjoy some rest and relaxation.

Does your character have a secret? What is it?

After her childhood trauma, she sincerely hoped the magic on her mother’s side of the family would skip right over her, so that she could fade away into obscurity, but when that didn’t happen. The other part of her secret is that while she loves making films, she’s still not wholly comfortable with the public wanting to know everything about her, and tries her best to avoid the press.

What are your character’s weaknesses? Strengths?

Her past trauma gets the better of her sometimes, and she doesn’t always do everything she can to take care of it; particularly if she’s working. However she’s done well at helping other trauma victims cope with the things they’ve been through.

Are they scared of what is happening? If they aren’t, why aren’t they?

Yeah, she’s scared, but more so that it’ll uproot as well as take so many lives before those people have really had a chance to live. As the child of a pureblood mother and a muggle father, she’s also a bit worried about what people might try to do to her or her family.

What are their plans for the summer?

Other than work and the cause, not much of anything. She has an active and healthy social life, but with with everything else in her life, she doesn’t do much to maintain it more than she has to, to keep up appearances.

I think based on her stats that’s pretty clear. With a job like hers, a DE shouldn’t be able to get anywhere near it, yet there she is. She loves and is dedicated to her job though, so it’s not just about espionage.

She can be a real sucker for girls coming up in the world, and likes to help mold them to take over when the men are being too stupid to notice they’re being ousted. As far as she’s concerned, that’s a strength.

She’s got her dream job within the Ministry, has had for years, so she doesn’t much care what’s going outside of her department. (unless it furthers the cause)

What does your character think will end Voldemort and his army’s chaos and destruction?

She thinks they’re fine and dandy so long as they can continue not getting caught, otherwise she sometimes thinks they’re more like children having tantrums. She likes her side of things, where she corresponds with people over distances, and doesn’t have to deal with most other DEs face to face.
