I am still all in on the Holiday Manor DW. There is just too much in Dess' room that ties into the Ice Palace specifically. There is literally the Northern Lights. There is still the Shelter Key to obtain, and there's literally a drawing of a dragon right next to it. (I don't think that drawing IS the silver drake but it feels like a very deliberate allusion to me).

The color of the room is completely distinct from everything else in the Light World. This is fitting for Dess' character but, like, looking at her room, I can "see" the Dark World in the same way I can "see" the Dark World of Flower Kingdom in Flower King.

In contrast: There is practically nothing in the hospital.

When Carol initially calls about Rudy, Noelle's response is:

"I can't go over there right now".

That could be, tho people also claim that Flowey breaks the 4th wall, where I think the important takeaway from his 4th wall leaning comments are his detachment and boredom with the people and places he's seen over and over doing the same things. It's about not seeing people as people anymore, while challenging the player/audience to see them as mattering despite that

Likewise, Flowey perceives the world as a game because he's been through it so many times that he always knows what everyone will do and say, he's Groundhog Day'd it to the point of the actual emotional weight losing all meaning and everyone being "sets of numbers" and "lines of dialogue" to him; on a pacifist run he talks about not wanting Chara to leave the underground happy and "win" because then he'll be alone again, not because the literal player would turn off the game
