Hello. My name is James and I am a third year graduate student at the University of Central Florida. For my undergraduate degrees, I attended the University of Rochester and received a Bachelors of Science in Physics and a Bachelors of Science in Applied Mathematics. While at the University of Rochester, I worked in the Cooling and Trapping (CAT) group on a microsecond resolution experimental timing control system for their Bose-Einstein Condensate lab. While there, I developed skills in systems administration and various cluster architecture. I have also worked as a freelance programmer specializing in data analysis with novel approaches to parallelization. Since then, I has received a Masters of Science in Physics from UCF and have been at fellow at Karlsruhe Institute of Technology's Institute for Solid State Physics in Karlsruhe, Germany.
