Trust Your Struggle

We are all broken, that’s how the light gets in.

Don’t sacrifice yourself too much, because if you sacrifice too much there’s nothing else you can give and nobody will care for you.

Some nights she goes to sleep with excitement as explosive as the galaxies. Other nights she lays in bed hoping to fall asleep before she falls apart.

You must fall before you fly. Burn before you come alive. Completely shatter before you rebuild.

For a while I thought I had seasonal depression. But the cold has come and gone and I’m still waiting to get better.

i wish mental pain would leave a scar so at least then id have proof of how bad i do hurt

Sometimes you just need to go off the grid and get your soul right.

The easiest way to change your life is to change the people you choose to spend it with..

The sea doesn’t say much. She just keeps doing what she does every day. Roaring and falling silent. Somehow this is what my heart needs.

I no longer search. The things that are meant for me, will always flow to me. I will never need to force it or change myself to attain them.

I’ve never met a strong person with an easy past…be proud of your scars and that you’re still standing.

Sometimes you learn your worth through disappointment…it’s okay, we’ve all been there.
