Not the biggest or leanest I have ever been but I like the fact that I can look back every now and then, positively criticise my physique. Then work on my weaknesses and advance my strengths. . . I am currently in my last week of bulk, then the shredz begin. During this off-season I have put great amount of time working on my legs. I certainly have increased my lower body strength dramatically. But size wise I am still NOT satisfied... I don’t think I ever will be satisfied but will see when I finish my 8 weeks shredding program how my physique looks....
