Next up is my Harvest Moon piece.

Some actual camera photos of my ‘Me’ piece. I cut off more of the black layer on the right side to reveal more of Kuribo’s Shoe and the sea star.

Ta-da! My Mario piece! I’m going to have my first gallery showing this September at a local shop/studio/gallery, and I am way excited and nervous. This is the first piece I’ve made for the show. All of the pieces will be video game centric :)

The completed, photographed glory of the Final Fantasy/Wedding mash up commission I did last summer.

A Christmas gift for my friends Chelsea and Andrew! They have since had their baby, an adorable and chubby little boy. Their dog Zoe and cat Obi welcomed the baby too.

Good progress on my latest piece :D I have a whole scene in my head that I'm incredibly excited about.

I’m finally all finished with my personal piece! It feels nice to have made something for myself. All of the pieces I have in the house are from about two years ago, so they’re not an accurate reflection of the progress I’ve made with paper art. This’ll bring me many smiles 😊 A wee paper me with some of my favorite things! And in the ocean, no less ❤️

Progress! "I" am finally finished :) next I'll be making an Oddish. I need to think of other things I like that I can sculpt and put around my portrait!

This year has been very slow for me in terms of art. I burned myself out last year with paper art practically as a second job, and this year was busy with health problems, travel, and the time and stress of buying a house for the first time. I said no commissions this year while I sorted out how to manage my time, but this was too good to pass up. An old high school friend of mine asked if I could make a gift for his wife for their first wedding anniversary. What an honor, first of all, and his idea was fantastic. Had to do it! Next year I plan on doing more art and to get print sales off the ground.

A gift for my real estate agent when the house finally closed. She's magical.
