“Your archers are amazing!” Prompto nodded, but only after he’d jumped a little at the sudden verbal response to his off hand text.  All that was easily brushed aside though when he at last took a look around and the reality of where he was began to dawn on the man.

She didn't have to ask twice either for the blonde to hop up onto Baco's back, giving the chocobo loving pats and coos before he realized they were heading into the farm already.

Without even a moment to react Prompto found himself slung over the woman’s shoulder and looking completely undignified for someone who was supposed to be an ‘elite royal guard member’. The man was in no position to complain though, letting out a long sigh. He didn’t deserve the favor she was giving him but he surely deserved the way in which it was being given.

The others were going to give him hell for this later but he’d be able to take it better later. At least Prompto tried to convince himself he would, anyway. Head hung as he tried not to make eye contact with any of the not-yet-drunk-enough-to-miss-this patrons.

“Yeah… yeah.” He replied with an almost resigned amusement “What’s that make now… seven? Eight? Pretty sure you kinda own me at this point.” and after a moment more “If you have a favorite place, I’ll buy you whatever you want, okay?”

Ugh, he stinks.

Who knew Blondie over here could really hold his liquor down. Maybe even a little too much when Aranea has to almost turn a cheek just to save herself from directly inhaling whatever it was he drowned himself in for the past however long. The patrons know better than to speak up when she’s frequented the vicinity more than anyone cared for coin count and she cleans up when scaly nasties patrol too close to home for comfort.

The innkeep sure doesn’t look surprised. Huh, almost makes a girl wonder how many times they’ve gone through this before. Heaving a well kept sigh as she makes it to the door, she’s nudging it open before dumping Prompto on the bed. So much for enjoying the freshly changed sheets. The tap of heels carries her into the kitchen briefly and speaking of owing her…

She’s setting a glass of water on he bedside table and plopping down right beside him on the edge, legs folded with arms crossed expectantly.

The journey wasn't over though and he wasn't about to allow himself to be nauseated while she was still toting him around. Another kind friend he really didn't deserve, but he'd try and do right by her anyway. Or at least he wouldn't ruin the back of her clothes. An uneasy moment later and he was tossed back over her shoulder and onto a bed, and he could have passed out right then but he remembered his own queasy stomach and shuffled himself off the edge with a clumsy flop and cast about, searching for the restroom through double vision.

"Uhm Ara... I'm... I'm gonna--" A 'hurk' interrupted his plea but Prompto held it back "I need a toilet!"
