I think FireAlpaca is lightweight and pretty beginner friendly for artists moving from mobile apps to PC.

I'd say it's great for older PCs. I personally use i5 4th generation, and it runs great. Sad thing is, is that FireAlpaca doesn't have a dark mode. But for me personally, it's not much of a problem, kind of an eyesore sometimes but otherwise alright.

It may feel a little overwhelming switching from mobile to PC software, but it won't be so bad!

The Deco 640 has a total of 8 buttons that you can fully customize their functions, using the official XP PEN drivers available for Mac, Linux and Windows. You can find these drivers on the official XP PEN website.

These buttons already have default settings, such as 'B' in number 1 for brush and 'E' in number 2 for eraser.

The stylus itself also has two customizable buttons you can change on the driver as well.
