Tibia Fracture. Acute Compartment Syndrome. Bruising of the lungs. Lacerations on cheek, shoulder, left knee.
He was dreaming again. Reliving the moment he'd arrived at the tower. The doctors who were kind enough to help in the chaos of the attack listed off his injuries as he fell in and out of conciousness.
"Get off--" he shouted, and woke himself up, sweating from his place on one of the ninth floors sofas, met instantly with the big black boot that sat on around his right foot, and then he realised he wasn't alone.
"Sorry-- bad dream" he admitted, wiping his forehead with the back of his hand.
