When my friend asks if I’m fine and I it would be majorly oversharing to respond that

My mom might have cancer and if the next test comes back positive the next couple weeks might be the time my dad actually leaves and I’m moving to college and my sister can’t handle that and I’m so scared of my mom getting sick and the treatments will be expensive and we’re already in debt and everyone always expects me to have things figured out but I have no idea how to take care of my mom and sister in that reality.
