Yesterday is your death anniversary. I'm so sorry Bo I wasn't able to visit you because of the bad weather. Today I am here. 14yrs had passed but whenever I'm here, flashback of the moment that I am sitting on the floor holding your hand in the morgue and I can't let go. Crying. Even when we are in the ambulance going to the funeral service I am still holding your hand. I am hoping that whatever life and heat in my body could be transferred to you and you'll come back to us. While killing my time, I saw some few colleagues and friends awhile ago while strolling the mall. One asked me, "how are you? are you happy?". The second question hit me. Am I really happy? They say happiness is a choice but I think when you are single for more than 7yrs now, that's not true anymore. We can be happy with our family, friends, and career. But still, if you don't have that someone special that will be beside you to celebrate your success, always willing to lend a shoulder to cry on, and will accompany you with all the bullsh*t and non-sense, then you are not totally happy. Yes, its true that we must not rely our happiness with someone but they serve as an inspiration and will make you eager to go home early everyday. I miss the jitters, the shallow fights, and cuddles. I am loved but there is an emptiness in my heart that cannot be filled by my family and friends. Being single this long s*cks! Will love ever find me again? I don't know. I lost my charisma and my confidence because nowadays, they choose looks over your heart. Something I don't have anymore.
