for a lot of reasons, it’s weird for me to come back to tumblr.

firstly, it holds a lot of memories of past abusive relationships, and echos them in the form of anonymous hatred (i had an ex girlfriend send me “anon hate” so that it would hurt me and she could comfort me... don’t ask, it was messed up).

secondly, this is the only one of my social media accounts that has been open since BEFORE i transitioned. i have had this tumblr account open since like... 2010? 2011? I think i was 16 or 17 when i started this account.

So idk, sometimes it just feels like i’ve outgrown it? sometimes it reminds me too much of the past?

and sometimes it blows my mind that i am the same person who first started that account.
