a poem for you

After all it's the feeling that fades not your memories

When you love it's not about who adjust and who didn't

It's all about you know you did your part and when it's

gone you have nothing to worry

In some instance of our life, not all things are meant to stay

Especially those who are close and dear to us

And the best thing we can do is to let them go

Not just for their sake but to let ourselves be free too

When I came to you 2 years ago that persona is me but

I'm sorry to lost the old me throughout our journey

I am not captivated with all the changes and the new stuffs

But maybe the world rotates with a changing axis that even love could change

I am dumb to tell you that I don't love you anymore

but I guess the feeling is no longer the same

For months I tried to fool myself but the longer it takes the more pain it gets

I wish I could turn back time when our love still shines

But I know I couldn't give my best shot 2 years is enough

You is you and I am me but the assurance of us is no longer vivid

I'm trying to work things out but what I didn't notice is

I'm trying to fix something that it isn't even damage

because it doesn't even longer exist

Its a hard time and making this longer is harder

I want you to know that its not you and its not me

maybe because time fades and yes- love does vanish too

a flash fiction

"I thought that it will stop. But it didn't. It continued." It was the 3rd day of July, 8:55 in the evening, when my sister revealed her pregnancy. It was already 3 months, when she knew, when she started to lie to us. I felt sad, quite disappointed, my whole family was. But blood is thicker than water, we had to accept and support her then. But this isn't the focus of the story.

A month later, one night, a ghost scared me in my room. I felt sudden cold from my feet, and I started to feel goose bumps around my body. It was the first time I encountered such thing. I quickly closed my eyes and pretended not to see anything. I told my mother about what happened. She said, "It's because there's a pregnant here in our house." That was my mother's belief. She thinks that, ghosts, or entities can smell the baby in a mother's womb. It attracts them. Because of that first experienced of seeing ghost, I became a scaredy-cat.

Every night, there's something walking on our roof. When it hits at 3 o'clock in the morning, it's there. Staring at me. I experienced all of it for six months. I tried to endure it. Until such time, my sister gave birth to her daughter. "I thought that it will stop. But it didn't. It continued." My mom is wrong with her belief. One night, I prayed hard for it to stop. I am begging for it to stop. But then a shadow of a man appeared on the wall.

My whole room filled extra colder. The shadow moved. It's coming to me. I shouted as loud as I could. "Its coming! Mooom!!! Moooomm!!" But no one seemed to hear me. It was about a meter away from my bed. I screamed so hard. It disappeared. I glanced left and right. It whispered at me, "I like you." I heard my sister and my mom shouting outside my room. "What happened? Sweetie! Tell me!!" 'Till then, that ghost stopped. For months of scaring me and frightening me.

Alam ko , alam kong hindi lang ako ang lalaki sa mundo.                                   Alam kong hindi lang ako ang lalaking mamahalin mo.                                    Alam ko rin na may darating na tamang tao para sa'yo.                                      Na makapupuno sa lahat ng pangkukulang ko. 

Alam kong may darating din na mas magmamahal sa'yo nang totoo—                  At tatanggapin ka nang buong-buo.                                                                 Kahit pa alam mo sa sarili mo na kulang ang iyong pagkatao.                               Wag kang mag-alala.                                                                                               Hindi mo naman ako kailangang maalala. 

Sapat na sa akin na makita kitang "masaya"                                                      Kahit pa ang kasiyahang iyon ay sa piling ng iba.                                                  Pakiusap, huwag kang maghanap ng katulad ko.                                      Hintayin mo—                                            

Alam kong ipagkakaloob sa'yo                                                                           Ang isang tao                                                                                                      Na mas kayang higitan lahat nang naibigay ko sa'yo.                                            Na kahit ano pang mangyari ay mananatili sa tabi mo. 

Tutupad sa lahat ng binitawan niyang pangako.                                                  Na mas kaya kang sulatan ng tula higit pa sa naisulat ko.                                    Mas maiintindihan at ipapaintindi sa'yo                                                             Ang kahulugan ng totoong pagmamahal— 

At ang pakiramdam ng minamahal.                                                                    Na  akakasama mo sa pagdarasal—                                                                    At kasabay hihiling sa Maykapal                                                                              Ng isang pagsasamang matibay at magtatagal.  

Muli, umaasa ako na masisilayan ko pa rin ang mga ngiti mong minsan kong naging paborito.                                                                                                   Na makikita kitang masaya—                                                                                 Kahit pa sa piling na ng iba. 

Na dapat sana ay ako.                                                                                        Na dapat talaga ay ako.                                                                    Gayumpaman, Masaya ako.                                                                            Para sa'yo, para sainyo. 

Makakaya ko ring kumpunihin ang nadurog kong mundo.                                       Magagawa ko ring ngumiti                                                                                   Bagaman alam kong pansamantala lang ako.                                                       Mahahanap ko rin ang sarili ko.  

Ipinapangako kong magiging maayos ako.                                                              Sa huli, itong malaking puwang sa puso ko ay mananatiling patlang.                    Patlang na walang ibang makasasagot kahit na sino.

People nowadays are busy with the things that they do. It maybe a hobby, a passion,or a work. Through our journey in this world we meet people whom we socialize and work with.

It is undeniably true that they give a part to our lives. They may be of good help to us, but can also at the same time give us a struggle while living in this world.

A lot of issues are arousing every now and then. There are people whom we notice that are always interested in what we do. Observably at keen of what actions we do, specially the mistakes that we have done.

Truly it is bothersome, to have to encounter these kind of people. Most of them are being like this, because they wanted to have what others have. Which is frustrating in their part to achieve, that’s when envy comes.

Enviousness ruins every man kind. Does it sound familliar? Certainly, most of the people are living with it every single day. No wonder, a lot are annoyed by these kind of people. If you are struggling and living with this situation right now, I hope your surviving.
