stuff tps players did today at their christmas skate (gonna write these here so i don’t forget):
-ruben played tag with tiny kids the entire time
-pulli and suomi played tag with each other the entire time and almost crashed into me twice
-scott skated around me in a circle, probably because he saw i was wearing his jersey
-pulli grabbed suomi from the back of his jersey with the intention of slamming him into the glass but stopped in his tracks when he realised i was between them and the glass
-when i got out of their way he slammed jimi into the glass and when i turned to look back at them kiviharju had somehow found his way onto 200cm tall pulli’s shoulders
-dal colle showed up looking like he had just gotten out of bed, didn’t talk to anyone except scott, and drank coffee from his tiny mug while skating
-when he finally finished his coffee i asked him for his autograph and he said ”for sure!” so happily it melted my heart
-rech had his wife and kids there with him, and he was teaching them how to skate, and they were so good at it
-when rech was alone i asked for his autograph and he said ”kiitos” (thank you in finnish) 🥹
-scott talked to absolutely everyone. his hand found it’s way onto tuomisto’s waist, then kiviharju’s shoulders, then kivihalme’s bicep, then arell’s shoulders, and then suomi’s jersey. is this the canadian friendliness i’ve heard of?
-scott, pulli and suomi formed a horrible conga line, which pulli separated from after one second and it ended up with jimi having to pull scott along the ice because scott refused to let go of the back of his jersey

guys, don’t bully jimi, he’s like half your size AND age… i know this tiny child tries to start something with everyone that comes in his way, but just let him be okay

updated my liiga tierlist 🫶
today was insane!!! tps were against lukko, their first home game in over three weeks!! they also had a black friday sale, so i got their yearbook, some posters and a pack of the new liiga 22-23 cards. the cashier recognised me, and gave me the certificate of authenticity for the game worn jersey i got a month ago… i go there so often the employees recognise me and give me my season pass discount automatically, wow 😭❤️ they went out of their way to get me scott’s signature on it too, because pre-season centificates don’t normally have the players’ signatures on them😵💫 and now that i’m finally 18, i could go watch the post-game interviews in the sports bar, which was amazing. some players were hanging out around the arena and it was so cool. AND THEN ON TOP OF IT ALL i pulled jimi suomi from my card pack. jimi was my absolute favorite last season, and still is one of my favs. i can’t believe my luck honestly 🫣
the announcer pronounces his last name ”dal colley”… why can’t they just ASK THE PLAYERS how to correctly say their names omg😭
