hmm..

The program I use is an animation software called Tv Paint. I could switch off to another for when it’s just illustrations, as it’s made for animation and animatic work, but I like the simplicity of the program, and I'm already there anyway.

Speaking of, I really don’t know how helpful this will be because I really just use the basic pre set brushes but here you go:

I’ll switch between these two depending on how I feel, except for small thumbnail storyboarding in which case I always go with the pen tool as I find it’s easier for simpler, smaller shapes.

What all of you don't realize is the emotional damage to my heart you're causing from all your great comments T^T even the ones that make me feel a bit like a supervillain 😅
