It's very safe to say that she was not handling episode 6 well from the get go 🤭 and she knew that Joel's father's words were gonna come back somehow, she just didn't know how 🫣

She loved their moments together but also found them hard to watch because - well, you know 😭

She didn't appreciate the foreshadowing of Ellie seeing the fireflies after their trip to the museum, she was ready to call it quits and be done 😭😆

But she persisted 💪

She said it couldn't get worse than Tommy saying "see you next year" to Joel....

And then she saw the porch scene - Joel and Ellie were crying, I was crying, she was crying...but she said she was glad that they'd spoken before he died and that she needed that closure that they knew that they loved each other 😭💔

And she was emotional about the callback "I hope you do a little better than me" 🥺

Episode 7 was a whole other roller coaster for her but she was still recovering from episode 6 😆

She was sad that there was a different kind of tension between Ellie and Dina in this episode 😔❤️

And it was quite funny because she'd said she wanted Jesse to die because he's a third wheel to them but then she backtracked really fast because she said she wanted to see how the dynamic played out with the three of them trying to raise this kid 😭😭🤣

Anyway, think she was enjoying it on a more casual level this episode because she was so emotionally distraught over episode 6, so she was pretty chill until the ending 😆

She liked the moment between Jesse and Ellie about her "burning the world down to save him" ❤️

And when Jesse died, she wasn't too pressed about the fact that he died, more the fact that it was Abby who did it 😆 there were some profanities used against the character for ruining the dynamic that could have been in raising the baby 😆

Anyway, when it skipped to Abby's POV, she said she didn't want Abbys backstory and I tried to explain that it's more just showing her days in Seattle rather than her whole life story, which appeased her 😆❤️

But she has decided there is absolutely nothing Abby can do that will make her like her 😌

Season 3 is going to be very interesting is all I can say 👀
