Grab the Bat Kid
Was I the only one who was waiting for Hershel to grab the bat after he got up from the explosion? I got chills thinking what that could have led too. Metaphorically it could have made for a damn good story because he would now be in possession of his dad’s murder weapon and Negans source of power. I mean his dad’s blood is still soaked into the wood. As I have always found this kid to be very whiny and ungrateful for what his mom has done to make a safe world for him, this would have been a good redemption arc for him. I’m always gonna stand on the hill that Maggie is a fucking great mom, she got through the best way she knew how, often almost dying saving his ass. He wants his mom to kill Negan so bad, let him step up and do it since he’s big enough to co create the new world. I know it’s not part of the comics but after watching Lestat I’m all for a little creative liberty. Man, I feel a great story was missed, can someone please write a fan fiction of Lucille and Hershel because this kid is getting on my nerves. Hell, the show is getting on my nerves and Negan’s bat and Herschel needs to be the ultimate showdown. I know it won’t, maybe I’ll write a short story on this.

Does anyone else think it’s a bit silly that maggi would agree to leave to DC knowing Beth is still wherever they are rn Georgia or wtvr. This is the same girl that went through hell to find Glenn but wouldn’t do the same for her sister. The show kinda overlooked their relationship and it sucked maggie would not do that espc after Hershel
