Everything that you enjoy today was created by Black people. Metallurgy, agriculture, healthcare, hygiene. Architecture. We circumnavigated the world before Asia and Europe. Just know on hot summer days that a Black man invented the air conditioner. When your sink is full, don’t forget a Black woman invented the dishwasher. 

You need to know that while your people were fucking each other in caves mine were basking in the radiance of the Sun atop our megalithic structures that modern white man today couldn’t come close to recreating in their wildest wet dreams.

Here’s the deal: If you’re the supervisor and this is the written policy, then have at it. If it’s explicitly stated in the employee handbook, then it is your rule to enforce, though hopefully you’ll do it with a little more grace and tact than you’ve shown here. 

If you’re not the supervisor, then keep it to yourself. If this is not the clearly stated rule, you’re going to have to “suffer” in silence. Your comments about cellulite are creepy, gendered, and inappropriate. I hope you haven’t made such comments to your staff. If you have, I hope they’ve had the foresight to contact HR or the union, should you have one.
