I don’t mind you coming all the way down to meet my standards, love.” And he too giggled, clopping a bit around while Aoba finished up what he was doing and turning around the corner to pick up his backpack. Once he came back around, a fluffy little white bird was quick to follow him on the heel, only to change the target mid-way and head for Aoba instead, circling around his boots and squawking excitedly. 

“Way to go, you unloyal little powder puff! Just you wait, once I’m making dinner, you’ll be right back on my hooves!” And he laughed, while Pebbles tried to climb and sit on one of Aoba’s shoes. With…humble success.

“Hey, don’t act like I’m so much better than you. You’re way more amazing than me. You made that massive picnic for us that one time and all I made was mochi,” Aoba retorted, sticking his tongue out at Tavros.

“Oh shut up. It’s not like you listen to me. “  He sighed softly, glaring at the other male as he put his hands in his pockets. (Yes it has!!)

Sly took a deep breath…“Yeah…but it would be dumb to just tell him…” He sighed as he stood up. “ I’m sorry…” He mumbled. He felt like an idiot.
