Wróciłam do @ny po około 2 latach. Strasznie przytyłam bo z 52kg do 67kg za co jestem wkurwiona. Dosłownie nie wiem jakim cudem przytyłam 8kg przed okresem i mi to nie spadło (dosłownie mi o tyle waga wzrosla w tydzien mimk tego ze jadlam jak zwykle xd) ig zycie mnie nienawidzi. Anyway postaram się teraz zrobić posta najlepiej by było 3 dni ale nie wiem czy wytrzymam w ogóle jeden dzień ale się zobaczy. Moim ugw jest 45kg , nie wiem czy to możliwe bo mam 30kg masy mięśniowej ale die zobaczy. W razie czego do ok 52kg zejdę.
