Her Kit (I might change things around):
š[C] Spinel Lanceš
A crystal lance that when thrown concusses enemies. It functions like a molly. 3-5hp is removed from the enemy with every step they take in it.
š[Q] Sapphire Shieldsš
A crystal coating that adds 25hp to bought shields.
š[E] Quartz Bulletš(Signature)
Cartier imbues two of her bullets with a crystal coating so they cause AoE damage on impact.
-(fun fact: this was inspired by Gany-u's frostflake arrow)-
š[X] Fleur de Mal/ Diamantš
Crystal spikes shoot out of the ground and impale enemies. Fleur de Mal can also obstruct the area its planted in. It can be knifed but the resulting shrapnel hurts the enemy.

Bio:
MadeleineĀ āMaddieā Fabron is a French Radiant. Her power is producing radianite crystals. These crystals appear in shades of pink. Cartierās crystals are sharper and break into shards more easily than Sageās crystals.Ā
Maddie had a carefree life with her affluent family. She has two parents Teresa Fabron and Nicolas Fabron and an older brother, Vincent Fabron (Chamber).
She flunked out of college and failed many job applications until one fatefulĀ job interview.
"So Miss Fabron, why should we hire you? What makes you different from the other potential hires?"
Maddie sweats nervously.
"I-I can makeĀ rocks?" The fidgety applicant generates a radianite crystal from her palm.Ā
"What the fuck" Were the last words she heard from the interviewer before he fainted from shock.
After that two things happened: She never heard from her interviewer again and she got hired by the protocol to help with their radianite research.\
Personality:
Maddie is playful, childish and at times flirty. Maddie wears her heart on her sleeve - even if she doesn't want to show it. Despite being competitive she has a cheerful disposition, often amusing others with her reckless shenanigans. Maddie sees the protocol as more like a regular job than as the world saving organization they actually are. Not even her protocol duties can distract her from the luxury goods, fashion, romantic tv shows and music that she loves so much.Ā
Maddie is not much of an intellectual. Her charm is instead in being more emotionally and socially intelligent. Instead of having carefully made plans and weapons she prefers to creatively improvise. Maddie is quite caring affectionate protective of her loved ones.
Welcome to Neropolis is a comic about my original characters that I did for my comics class assignment of one page comics. It introduces some of the cast and one of the settings ofĀ Vengeance 9-5, a comic idea brewing in my mind as part of my Neon Eden universe.
Juonet Johnston is a perpetually broke 30 year old living in a dingy apartment in Neon Eden Ā They currently work as an artist and freelance Graphic designer for Neropolis and E. Juonet tries hard to maintain an air of mystery but it is hardly a mystery when you know its being manufactured. Juonet aspires for fame, recognition and many exhibitions of their works. They have a drinking problem among many other problems such as being the least successful friend in their artist friend group. Needless to say they are quite lonely and miserable which is why they inevitably end up on Amare Island. Ā Ā
They have definitely traveled with a circus, which they will bring up in conversation often. This seems uncommon but the Johnstons are a family who takes pride in doing weird things for no reason. Their family often made fun of them for being the normal one.

E, (for legal reasons their last name will not be disclosed), is an extremely
famous influencer/Youtuber. They are incredibly charismatic and relaxed
their loveable personality and good looks have gained them a huge
cult like fandom. Needless to say E is fun loving and no party is
safe or complete without them. E is very reckless, often doing stupid
stunts for fun and recording them. While E is rich a lot of their money also goes
into paying for destruction of property. E loves attention and is definitely a playboy. While E is fun and cheerful they are also rude and Ā inconsiderate of othersā safety or feelings. E hopes to star in movies but is sadly bad at acting.
Fighting is another passion of theirs. E came from a family of fighters who
did not approve of them pursuing fame and fortune as an influencer or action star.

I see Maddie aka. Cartier as a solo vocalist. Pop as a genre suits her and she makes a lot of pop hits and party songs. I decided to draw her as Ariana grandeās Dangerous woman because in Band AU Maddie has Ariana vibes. Sheās cute, cheery and fun but can also be a dangerous woman (hehe). Ā Maddie loves singing and being a star. She even has fun with her dating rumors and even starts some of her own. Rumor has it sheās dating rappers: Jett, Phoenix and Neon.
But enough about that, Cartier loves performing and loves her fans. She appreciates all her fans fanworks Be sure to get tickets to her concert because they run out fast!
Background:
Jeanne Toussaintās only family is the residents of the childrenās home she resided in which was looked after by the church. She considers the nuns her mothers and the other orphans as her siblings. In this little family Jeanne is the eldest daughter who takes care of her other siblings. She handles this responsibility well despite the fact that she got into a lot of fights and was a punk in her teenage years. As an adult Jeanneās now the sole breadwinner of her family and is in need of cash for the most part. Due to her financial problems she signed up for the military and servedĀ as one of its best snipers. So yes she will take that questionable offer to join some questionable organization from some other Frenchman she really shouldnāt trust.Ā
Personality:
Jeanne Toussaint isĀ introverted but caring and isĀ very protective of those she loves. At first she found the rest of the protocol suspicious and they also found her suspicious. After all why would you trust someone who says to send all her earnings to a remote location sheās telling you not to go to ( its just her home). During that time Jeanne tried to avoid bonding and chit-chat with other protocol members as much as possible. However this is overriden by her caring side especially towards the younger agents. They remind Jeanne of her younger siblings so when she sees them struggling she has no choice but to help. Jeanne often helps them and the other agents in training. After she bonds more with the other agents Jeanne becomes the type of friend you can tell your problems to but does not tell people much about her problems. Jeanne is quiet and reliable but she does have a mischievous side.Ā

(ULT)Ā Cavalry- within a large aoe all enemies are highlighted in red similar to a reyna ult but it gives all allies 25 hp and a small speed buff, Cavalry lasts for 8 secondsĀ
