remembering what I’d forgot

Its interesting to see the inherent value someone assigns me upon first meeting ALTHOUGH if I met myself I’d probably underestimate me too

Feeling mid-chrysalis doughy like I’m being walked in on in a dressing room

I fiend on the attention and acceptance and safety of it all but find myself feeling like the rug has been pulled out from under me when I feel these things are withheld

I am a fucking privilege to be around and I gotta stop forgetting that

I am regenerative. Usually the word resilient is what comes to mind but today it’s regenerative. I will grow back the hurt parts better than they were before. They’ll see I can’t be cut down or domesticated. I sense another period of growth because my skin feels too tight so to speak. When I transmute they may not recognize me and I don’t care.
