The 1967 Chevrolet Impala

I was walking the dog on Saturday in an area I hadn’t been to before and I saw this just a few blocks away from my new house and immediately thought “I’d know those fenders anywhere!” I drove past on the way home from church and there was a guy out front so I parked and talked to him about it. Sure enough, it’s a 67 SS, apparently with a 327 and factory AC as well! It’s got some drivetrain issues though. He’s not really looking to sell but he did take my number in case he changes his mind. I’m keeping my expectations low but I can’t help but be excited to see one! They’ve pretty much dried up on Craigslist for several years now and fb marketplace isn’t much better. Seeing one in person doesn’t happen often either. Maybe I’ll get to see it drive sometime if he gets it running again.
