mdaewon:
daewon saw himself as some sort of hero: and it wasnât because he ever did anything heroic. it was because in some self deprived fear of his own demise he felt the need to help people. however the drag to help people was far more selfish when it came to chan. they had been friends since they were small children, chan was friends with daewon before his sister was born: and long after she disappeared from the living room of his parents house. even when daewon was young he begged for a sibling, thinking it would just be like having chan live with him. for awhileâ it was. he took care of his younger sibling, looked after her, attempted to share his toys and teach her but when he began to grow he became resentful of how annoying she was. so when he dragged chan off to a larger city, it was because his family had moved apart. his father was no longer a consistant in his life: his mother seemed to circle around depressions drain on a daily basis. he had nothing left of his old life, he had nothing left to remember who he was and during his trainee days he was becoming someone that he wasnât happy with. of course daewon was always sort of aâ snarky asshole but he was never as terrible as he was being at that time. for some reason he felt as if chan kept him balanced from being a lovable snarky asshole.. and someone who would lose their career in seconds if there was ever any proof of his scandals. â wait a minute, what do you mean ground zero? weâre in Yeouido-District⌠thereâs nothing here but apartment buildings and big business. auto pilot sounds like some sort of evil automated robot that will kill us, surely. someone wake up wyld he has to fly the plane.  â he could hear their manager snorting in the front seat.
chan was an only child. growing up that way made him a bit more distant with others, but that didnât exactly apply with daewon; he was the closest to a brother as he would ever get, and it was times like these -- when he was being weird after the day was over -- that he was happy he still had daewon. sometimes it made him have fake deep thoughts, questioning whether or not everyone had a childhood friend they remained friends with. he never knew what happened to daewonâs sister. at this point, he knows just as much now as he did when he first found out: she was there, and then she was gone. he didnât ask daewon about it, either, and he wasnât going to.
and despite the many people who would disagree, chan never saw him as someone who wasnât lovable, but maybe that was because they spent a majority of their lives with one another.
âiâm officially renaming youido district to ground zero, and thereâs nothing you can do about it. not that i have any actual authority to rename it, but---â his eyes went from daewon to the back of the front seat, pressing his lips together and drilling holes in the back of their managerâs head with his stare. the disrespect he got in this group... from these hooligans... he surely was a saint for continuing to deal with this. not really, but thatâs besides the point.
âi say we stop and get something to eat and not wake wyld up so he canât have anything. i love it when heâs miserable. when he wakes up, we can tell him itâs because he didnât fly the plane.â
Aim call? You should give me your aims, thatâd be cool. Thatâd be really cool. Or add me: lose.r
"Yah what's taking you so long?"
today wasnât the best. woke up late (despite not really having something to do), so he got a late start and had some things to print, but his own printer was out of ink and he didnât have money on him to buy more. not that he couldnât go withdraw some more, but he decided he just wasnât going to. heâd written some lyrics that he wanted to run by daewon, but he wanted them to look presentable, as opposed to the messy scrawl his penmanship was.
and here he was, on the third floor of tqâs main building in the printing room. there was no harm in using the companyâs printers, right...? unfortunately, the printers here were different than his own, much higher quality, and with that came his confusion... he pressed print, but... nothing was printing. heâd seen nari behind him waiting for the printer, but he didnât want to say anything for the air being awkward enough because he didnât know how to work the damn printer. and after a few minutes (and a lot of sweating with one hot wash of shame), he jumped when she spoke up.
âyah, whatâs taking you so long?â
âi... nari-ssi...â chanhee turned to face her, but his eyes were cast to the side. â...i donât know what i did, but i think i broke the printer -- itâs not working -- i donât know how, i pressed print, and i waited, and i pressed it again, but... it isnât printing. you work with these often, donât you...? could you possibly help me?â
continuing with @95wyld
âalright, listen --â
chanhee shot a glare to wyld. if there was one thing he could say about wyldâs personality, it was that he made assumptions quickly, and he found himself just looking at the other with narrowed eyes and mouth in a straight line. âi could buy necessities and still wish i hadnât.â and that was true. chanhee hated spending money, and maybe that could be blamed on his upbringing -- but --
âand you can also say goodbye to my offer on promoting your disstrack against foxboy.â ...what?
âwhat the.. why wouldnât you promote my disstrack against fox? i mean itâs never going to exist, but why wouldnât you promote it?!â

ft. @63am
It was not an uncommon event for them all to be extremely tired on the ride home from practicing long hours. they were like every inner-city family where the kids had headphones on, faces buried in tablets while they drove home. the only time they even so much as attempted to socialize with one another in the car after practice was when they were queued to do âtq tv.â which was rare, at best. itâs true that anarchism would probably be a better home for the group but the underground didnât have boybands. so they were at this painful spotâ right in between being full blown flower boy idols, and being underground boys. fox is convinced, if it wasnât for vocal line they would have been disbanded right when they started. because rap-line was not meant to serve in the limelight, no, not with their behavior. but despite all of this, fox was still just like every other dumbass, 20-something year old guy. so during the car ride home, he turned to chan: and in the most intensely serious stare he tugs one of the headphone-cords out from his ears. chan seems extremely offended by this notionâ and that only makes it even fucking funnier. when foxâs eyes are dead set on his, and he speaks the words âŚÂ âif youâre here, and wyld is back there, then who is flying the plane?â
ah, the ride home. probably chanâs least favourite times out of a select few times he didnât like; those only serving the purpose of keeping him from feeling like a bag of sand for just hating car rides. he didnât hate his members, nor did he hate talking to them, but there was something almost depressing about that feeling after having moments of feeling like a team with people that made him feel like he had a purpose, just sitting silently in the car on the way home. not that there was something wrong with the silence, but he sometimes wished he could just talk forever. not that he would, but thatâs besides the point.
at the end of the day, he could blame fox. not for ruining his life, but for being the catalyst to this feeling -- after all, it was fox that originally brought chan from the much simpler life he led in daegu to the one he knew now in nemesis. he could blame him for this feeling he had when he came down from the high of feeling like everything heâd done to this point was worth something. in all honesty, he could blame fox for everything in his life. just because it made him feel a little better (despite not needing to feel better about anything to begin with).
âif youâre here, and wyld is back there, then who is flying the plane?â
chanâs eyes were narrow when he glared at fox. what the hell was he thinking, taking chan from him his fake deep thoughts and pondering his mere existence and purpose in life? and it was only a split second, but he swore he could hear himself saying something along the lines of âi was listening to that, asshole,â but was chan really one to say such a thing about someone he thought of as fondly as he did?
...yes.
âi believe that we are on what someone calls ground zero;Â where nobody flies the plane, because itâs on auto-pilot. but iâm not exactly sure if auto-pilot does exactly what we assume it to be.â
" That was... weird? " // Welcome to tq!
Heâd found himself in this place again, standing in the basement of TQâs building, but this time he had some company: Mijoo. He didnât think of himself as particularly close to her, but she was there, and he was there... so why not have some passing conversation, right?
The conversation -- being rather bland on Chanheeâs part -- was cut short due to the passing of two figures and an unstable flashlight; it took him a few seconds to realize who it was running past before he identified his member, Daewon, making some disturbing noises with Akali following behind. After the two passed by and he was able to pry his eyes from whatever just really happened, Chanhee turned to Mijoo. He was quiet for a few moments before words came tumbling out of his mouth.
âThat was... Iâm not exactly sure what that was. Letâs... just ignore it.â
"You have a really big mouth. How much much marshmallow fits in there?" WELCOME TO TQ!! ")
A big mouth...?
Unsure of how to respond to the situation, he simply blinked a few times. Could he be irritated with her comment in jest. Chanhee was a bit tense lately, for what, he was unsure of as well. He stayed quiet for another few moments before decidedly taking the situation light-heartedly --- as best he could, anyway.
âI donât actually like marshmallows that much, but Iâm sure I could fit a lot of marshmallow-sized things in my mouth, so long as they were like marshmallows... and not completely solid.â
"Let me live.. i want to sleep..." // welcome to tq!
âYou can sleep,â The male gave a small sigh, closing his eyes. He nodded his head once before opening his eyes, adjusting the strap of his shoulder bag before he set it carefully on the floor by the strap. â... just not right here.â
WHAT IS YOUR EARLIEST HUMAN MEMORY?
