My name is SMILEY, However recently I've been thinking about switching to Solas/Solazeph, So either works! Pick as you wish.

I think hes absurdly soft underneath the shell but its probably also really uncomfortable (for him). And also i think when the shell or whatever starts growing back its also soft. and then hardens later.
Volt is so funny to me like the other two are completely soaked and hes just there.

they all have different hand shapes, begonias being a superior version of prints (he got the diluted version <3) and by superior i mean... well see her hands in the 3rd pic :)))
++ You can see that Volt has Plantigrade type legs in comparison to Begonia and Marble who both have Digitgrade type legs. My partygoers have a lot of mutation possibilities so this is me pointing those out :D

OOohh okay hmmm where do i start
[ MEG/ERC BASE STUFF ]
The reason they know eachother is because of their experience at an MEG/ERC (cooperative/collab) base for researching partygoers. Up until that point none of them knew eachother (this was also before begonia became a partygoer)
The research base actually had 3 partygoers, being Marble, Volt as well as Jest who was housed in a different section due to their more violent tendencies.
All the partygoers were seperated by a good distance to avoid them working together or helping the others escape if one were to break out. So up until the facility started going down Volt had only seen Marble in passing (only begonia knows that Jest was there too.)
Begonia was one of the lower researchers, not being allowed in the main area where they were housed and only getting to work with information that was passed down to her and the team.
I mentioned a bit that Volt was kind of a menace while held captive, being the most talkative and ruthless of the bunch. Any time he was able to talk with the people working there was spent tormenting them with words and making things harder.
Marble was a lot different, refusing to talk or cooperate entirely, unlike volt who was occasionally moved for various things Marble was confined in his room due to being too strong to keep in order (almost escaped once by breaking out of his restraints and shattering some of their windows.) Occasionally they had to try and sedate him to even do anything, though best it did was weaken him.
jest (as a bonus) was never managed to keep contained properly, also almost escaped once by managing to trick one of the people.
Begonia spent a lot of extra time at the research base than she needed, often perusing files over and over to find any kind of detail they could have missed. As well as scowering the internet for other information on partygoers that hadn't been found and removed yet.
The base was experiencing a bit of a supply/employee shortage (outside troubles) and couldn't find any quick replacements when their janitor quit on them last minute so Begonia ended up being a temporary replacement.
Volt actually was somewhat creeped out by Begonia at the start, considering all he could see was her staring him down from the reflection in the glass.
It was after this experience (seeing a partygoer in real time) that Begonia started doing whatever she could to climb the job ladder in the base, even resorting to some.. less than legal ways.
Unfortunately this information would only be uncovered long after the base went down.

[ FUN WAR =) ]
Each of them participated in the fun war btw, Marble was targetted pretty hard later on into the fight after he had broken through multiple defense lines as well as generally being pretty tanky, so Volt held his back in the later half when he started taking hard damage (Marbles 'shell'/'casing' can be broken and torn off which reveals his actual flesh. It can regenerate but the process is pretty slow.)
Unlike volt and marble who used whatever they could find, Begonia preferred to come prepared with weapons. (and a few traps) She was one of the few partygoers to have a literal gun in combat, which was also discarded in the later half when she ran out of ammo and started straight up mauling partypoopers if she didnt have a weapon (because she was damn good at stealing them...)
Begonia was also targetted pretty badly but it was because she had a gun on her,
Both Marble and Begonia came out nearly dead while Volt was in a lot better shape.
It took marble and volt both holding begonia back to stop her when she realized she hadn't seen Print once the entire battle, she was literally prepared to go kill him despite how injured she was. (Her and Volt will regenerate everything within a week easy but Marble still needs time for their casing to regrow.)
The fun war was a good bonding experience for them, and also for Volt to decide he officially never wants to get on Begonias bad side <3

None of them like partypoopers if that weren't obvious from their joyful participation in the fun war. Begonia sees them as problems, Volt thinks they have bad taste, Marble just sees them as annoying.

Marble and Volt are pretty much inseparable (Volt being the one whos inseparable, Marble doesn't care that much but doesn't mind the company), Begonia is often with them and tags along whenever she runs into them or they run into her.
Volt sees both Marble and Begonia as best/close friends. Though his relationship with Marble is less professional than what it is with Begonia (as she normally has plans to do stuff meanwhile Marble is just wherever whenever's convenient)
Marble's opinions are mostly based on respect, which for Volt they have none of, and Begonia quite a bit of respect for. Seeing as she got them both out and continues to be an issue for the MEG/ERC.
Marble for the record is he/they. Doesn't care for gender that much but generally prefers getting called by masculine pronouns over feminine ones. They them He him whatever's more convenient for sentence structure to work. They dont care.
Marble and Begonia have a bit more of a tense relationship though, being that Begonia knows they're defective. Marbles also somewhat aware she has ulterior motives, but despite this they've chosen to just enjoy their current position and relationships. Its like being friends with someone you know will end up being self destructive and possibly take you down with them, and choosing to ignore it and walk face first into whatever horrors will become of them.
Marble knows their relation with Begonia wont lead to anywhere good for him or Volt. and hes okay with that.
As for him and Volt, its more of a nuisance friend type relationship, Volts annoying as hell but hes more entertaining to listen to than half the other Partygoers that Marble has met. At least his ideas end up backfiring on him in funny ways. Marble cares a lot more for Volt than they let on.
Begonia is... hard to describe. She sees them both as reliable, especially Volt. They're both easy to control, and while shes aware Marble has doubts she also knows hes not the type to act on them. Shes not completely heartless though, she does rather enjoy her time spent with them. If Marble and Volt were to both die at some point she'd likely wave it off as 'bound to happen eventually'. Only to get hit with immense grief over it later, might tear up an area over it but the pain is not something she'd ever let anyone see. (Considering she wouldn't expect it herself)
Begonia often ends up coming to the two with ideas she has for stuff that she wants input on, even if she knows they'll work. Volts very receptive, coming up with his own crazy ideas to tack on that usually end up getting added in some way or another. Marbles also receptive though tends to be the one pointing out any flaws or doubts he has about the plan/idea. Begonia likes him for this, she hides it well but she always really likes hearing Marbles input on things since they're the most rational out of the three of them. She pesters him for his opinion on different matters sometimes.
Volts also seen as the entertaining one, though shes noted that hes very good at following plans/instructions. Her and Volt will do duo 'missions' sometimes that often involve Volt carrying out some kind of task while begonia works in the background and usually end with Begonia gaining some kind of new information that puts her at an advantage. She usually explains whatever knowledge she gained to Volt after the whole things over, going through what benefits it gives.

Begonias a bit of an information thief if that wasn't obvious, she likes knowing things and has a good grasp on the digital databases of the MEG and ERC foundations. (She knew the passwords as a human and remembers them, and was also able to get into their systems and find the passwords for the other things. Shes never outright attacked their databases even though she very well could since it'd put her at risk.)
She passes off whatever useful information she gets from the databases to other partygoers and keeps the rest for herself. (which sometimes gets shared with Marble and Volt)
The meg and erc also have hella strict access so she has to be really careful with what information she takes off them.
Shes very very aware of Tulip because of this as he worked with the MEG and got 'defective partygoers' their own spot in the database. The other partygoers only know that somehow the MEG found out about broken/defective partygoers. Only Begonia knows about Tulip (for now)
If Begonia were in DnD i think she would be a rogue....
Volts kind of the wildcard, hes somewhat of an entertainer. Organizing and throwing big events like disco nights <3 and other fun stuff, but hes also good at leading groups to do stuff. Volts really good at getting partygoers excited for stuff and has lead some notable events like taking out small settlements close to Fun :))) Hes also the first to run into chaos and come out half beat. Hes not exactly usefull in the traditional sense (no special talents) but hes really good at leading partygoers.
He also was the one who tried to name himself unlike Marble (nicknamed based on appearance) and Begonia (last name from before she was a partygoer) since hes never been directly sought out.
I say tried because he came up with like 5 terrible ones like Lightningbolt or Flashy, before Marble and Begonia just started calling him Volt. He had his complaints about the name not being special enough but actually just didnt want to admit it was way more fitting than anything he came up with.
Hes kind of like the trios distraction when they do stuff because of how willing he is to throw himself out there and start singing <3 (i love him)
If Volt were in DnD he'd be a bard, i dont even have to think about that. Bard. Instantly.
Marbles pretty much the strong man type when it comes to roles n stuff, Partygoers will come find him for things like barricades that need breaking through or for moving large furniture. Hes also often transporting partyhosts (who exist here in big huge cake format) since hes strong enough to move them without needing help. (they are BIG man like i have only drawn them a few times but they are HUUGE)
Sometimes when hes in the area he'll be tasked with 'decommissioning' defective partygoers. Which is the nice way of saying they get him to dismember defectives since its easier and faster.
Despite being defective themself, this doesnt bother Marble. They see most other defectives as inferior, in fact being defective is something that gnaws at them. They see it as something to be looked down upon and have even gone to asking Begonia if she knows of a way to fix it. (They tried a quite a lot of stuff before Marble gave up on the idea, leaving Begonia to continue brainstorming even after.)
If Marble were in DnD he'd likely be a barbarian, possibly a fighter but i lean more to barbarian. Though I'd like to note that hes a lot smarter than he looks. Volt is the stupid one <3 (i love him but he doesnt put a lot of brain power into things)
+ I like to think they play whatever board games they can get their hands on in their free time.
Overall the group loves level fun, though they've got different portions of it they prefer a bit more. Begonia likes the classic level fun with the tables and party rooms, Volt likes some of the deeper neon section sub-levels, and Marble likes the deck.
And by deck i mean the cruise ship, my level fun mixes the different lores and has a sub-level connected to the cruise ship version of the lore :D

As for what they would do if they met PP / Human/ Meg or ERC / kid :
Partypooper: Kidnap (Begonia + Marble), Kill (Volt)
Human: Decide if usefull then kill or gain info from (Begonia), Kill (Marble) Attempt to romance and then kill (Volt???)
MEG / ERC : Kidnap, try to gain info, then kill and loot (Begonia), Avoid (Marble) Kill (Volt)
Kid: I like to think partygoers have a soft spot for kids, rather than kill them on the spot they take them to enjoy their parties in level fun before setting them of. Though whether the kid is still human by the end of it is up to how well the party goes.

The MEG and ERC have a collaboration in my lore, often working together but not entirely as one group. They share databases, with MEG providing the level info and ERC providing the entity info. When research parties are sent out into less known levels theres usually a few ERC members as well to help with knowledge on entities since both benefit from knowing what levels contain which entities and which entities like to be in what levels (same thing but different focus)
The ERC is also responsible for creating a very well used "I am not a partygoer" type of captcha. Its mostly used by big groups who have important information they need to safehold as the thing takes about an hour to complete and is constantly changing to stop the partygoers from bruteforcing the answers. (they HATE this captcha with a burning passion)
This captcha is actualyl the reason the Partygoers don't know about Tulip. Yuna (the one posting all the stuff with him) has the portion of her account with him locked behind the captcha. Which you think would get annoying but after finishing it you're given a randomly generated password/key to memorize that lets you bypass the captcha after doing it. (Partygoers have tried to steal these keys multiple times and fail because the key only works on the home device.)
Anyways AHHH i think thats all i have to say on them rn 😠as a bonus for making it this far into my yap fest please enjoy my incorrect quotes generator shenanigans <3
What would your ocs' reaction be if there was some like kind of fight between some humans (and one of them was clearly losing) (uhh plus the losing one was actually right about the whatever caused the fight in the first place lol)? sorry for this being very specific ðŸ˜ðŸ˜
Also what's your backrooms ocs opinion on humans? Or if they had any interactions with them
Cyrus would most definitely get involved, whether that ends up worse or better I have no idea </3
Pim and Lux might try to calm the fight down but leave it alone for the most part
Print would have no part in it
Tulip would stop them and try to get them to think rationally rather than fight
Thirds would jsut get them to stop fighting and then have nothing to do with it further (whether the fight is resolved or not)
As for opinions on humans?
Cyrus: Thinks they're useful but not entirely on their side (witnessed the funwar first hand)
Pim: Doesnt like humans that much, thinks theyre too self-absorbed
Lux: Unsure, thinks they're helpful but not entirely bad
Kyros: Understands that they have their reasons for helping in the funwar (the possibility of leaving the backrooms) but thinks they could have done better than help the partygoers.
Thirds: Not willing to work with any humans, doesnt hate them but still holds a grudge after the fun war.
Print: Indifferent, but also disappointed.
Tulip: He lives with them! Yearns to be human again but has come to terms with his life as a partygoer. If he were given the choice nowadays he probably wouldn't go back. Anyways thinks the humans are nice. Though wishes they had thought more when it came to the funwar.
Carmine: does what he can to save/help them even if he ends up hurt, unaware of the humans participation in the fun war and would probably give them the benefit of the doubt. But doesnt like the MEG/ERC

I actually gave myself a specific set of colors to work with for this to emulate having actual markers, which is this set
these (which i flipped on their side to take up less space) are the only colors Cyrus gets to work with <3 (though they look much different in alcohol marker format)

also bonus: can you see i fixed the sketchbook lines in the 2nd image AGRHAHRGARG ARHAGRGAR i noticed after i was almost done the 1st that the lines didnt match up (iforgot ab them) so i straightened them out in the 2nd
(I need to find a better pencil brush for krita this one is too opaque and throws off my illusionary traditional art.. also the reason its digital is cus i dont have the alcohol markers to even try this, + i initially imagined there would be more of the sketchbook and background<-backrooms in the picture)

Amiyah grows her hair out over the course of the story, when tulip first meets her she has short hair but later she has it in a ponytail.
+ Yuna also helps her decorate it with beads and stuff when they find stuff
I really like Amiyah, shes not the leader because shes the strongest/toughest or anything. But because she has the best quick-thinking and foresight out of the rest. + Shes very well educated.
When Amiyah is not in charge, Aven takes the lead for the reasons i just mentioned. (More calm than Amiyah but not as good at decision making)
Tulip sometimes serves as the portable pillow when they're sleeping in bad areas, at least for everyone but Jace who prefers to stand on guard while they sleep. (him and Tulip usually take turns.)
The group wouldn't trade Tulip for the world, and Yuna would probably cry if they had to leave him somewhere (She really likes him/p)
Jace didn't like Tulip at the start but overtime hes come to grow on him. Also because tulip stopped him (jace) from almost dying once in 6.

Cyrus is my partypooper OC from my backrooms interpretation, he does spraypainting/art and is usually pretty chill (though right now hes trying to make a good impression on the internet <3)
