Some Hearts have TOO MUCH EMPATHY, and they become over compassionate.  How much is too much empathy? how can you know when you are crossing that line?

I have always considered myself as an over compassionate heart, because I was thought to carry Too Much Empathy in my heart.  Our society highly values those hearts with too much empathy, because those are the people who show up for others, who like to hold hands for those who are in need or going through challenges. 

In this video, I am sharing my expansion and how I discovered that being over compassionate with too much empathy in my heart, is another trap from my ego!  I invite you to exit the endless loop of the heart with too much empathy.
