Workout done day 30 of vegan plan. I made it lol

Took me a little bit to get into this book but now I'm getting used to the characters and I am digging it. What are you reading or listening to? It's funny how some books you can completely fall in love with the characters and they become your friends. Does anybody else agree?

Boom!!!! 1 week done of insanity . It has been tough but I am excited where this it taking me. Definitely has been a mood booster and is exactly what I needed. I really had to convince my self to try this program again and I almost gave up after the first day but I told my brain to shut and just do it.

Day 2 of vegan meal plan. I'm not going to lie today was kind of a struggle. I got home feeling a little crappy. I'm starting to wonder will I be able to make it to day 30 but then I had this. Lentils with green beans and tomato sauce. That totally revived me I feel like a million bucks now.

At a yard I was cutting these guys started coming out a hole in the ground lol

I had an awesome 2 mile hike at pikes peak on Saturday What a view 😀. Today at home I did a 5k around Lake Mary. I say to make one point I remember the first time I ran around Lake Mary, it about killed me. This weekend I am doing my second half marathon. I'm quoting now You don't have to be great to start, you have to start to be great.

I went out of town this weekend. My diet was not the best. Could have been better could have been worse. I am OK with this. Sometimes I get it in my head I have to be perfect, that's just way to much pressure. I rocked my workout when I got home I am content 😀😜

4 miles tonight. Ran inside because of crappy weather. Not a big fan of treadmills some reason my knees do not like it anybody else have this issue with treadmills?

Training for a half marathon. 2 more weeks till race day. We did ten miles today. Sore but soooo much fun 😀😘😎

Loving our run group. We did 4 mile trail run/500steps at pine mountain and then pizza. Best day ever 😀😎
