The dreaded (female) walk... something many females go through unnecessarily.

Another one of those morning…

Yes, today is another one of those mornings when I wake up feeling like he had sex with my heart

My emotions torn and tattered up like clothes laying all over the room from a moment of what is meant to be passion

Vulnerable and exposed I walk the streets to face the day and let life do what it does best – carry on!

Thoughts of the “passionate” moment…

Be aware of yourself, your surroundings, thoughts and emotions.

Be so aware of the life your live and how your live it daily in the decisions you make.

Be aware of the aware of the decisions you make and how they affect and impact the bigger picture.

Love yourself enough to let your awareness be your informant – internal and plugged in, just for you!

For a minute it felt good to have my back towards the darkness and my face towards the light…

You see, sometimes you have to turn away from the “darkness”, walk away from the negativity and shun the fight.  Sometimes all it takes to win the war is turning towards the light, focus on the positive, look at the light and fight with positivity while your back is turned to the darkness.
