β’ has undiagnosed ADHD + ADD and depression she doesnβt have the money to get diagnosed adding onto this sheβs passively suicidal.
β’ Dropped out of high school for multiple reasons low grades/GPA, to work more and get more money to take care of Hanna and because she didnβt see a future for herself so she didnβt see the point of school.
β’ Would die for Hannah, hell she lives for her but sometimes she canβt help but wonder βwhat ifβ what if her mother was better, if she finished high school, never had to step in an be the parent to Hannah when she was younger. She feels sick every time she thinks about it because it makes her feel guilty.
β’ βFeels nothingβ the state of emotional detachment developed as a defense. it often involves a sense of emotional numbness, apathy, or disconnection, which can manifest a lack of enjoyment in life.
β’ When she gets drunk she normally ends up crying over being too stressed out or fear sheβs turning into her mother.
β’ Ethan is her little bit of normalcy even though she had to grow up fast and be the mother to her sister that their mom never was at least she got to fall in love as a teenager.
β’ Never had Christmas growing up so around Christmas time she works a lot of over time to make extra money to buy at least one big thing on Hannaβs wish list.
β’ Webby sometimes visits her in her subconscious when sheβs asleep but she always brushes it off as just dreaming. Webbys visits tend to cause Lex to have nightmares about the black and white because It awakens her powers.
β’ Has a hard time telling Ethan she loves him because the main two people she was supposed to love, the two people who were supposed to love her neglected her. (Her parents)
β’ Whenever she gets sick she tryβs to play it off as nothing even if sheβs in real pain or really sick just to avoid going to the doctors. Not because sheβs scared but because of the money. Wouldnβt dare let Hanna do the same.
β’ Only smokes weed when Hanna is at school or when sheβs asleep, she knows Hanna is aware she smokes cigarettes and assumes she knows she smokes weed but she still tries to keep her away from it.
β’ Huge fear of dying In Hatchetfeild as much as she doesnβt want it to happen she knows it will. She knows deep down sheβll never make it to California.
β’ Almost quit Toy Zone after Black Friday but knew it would be hard for her to get a job anywhere else as a high school drop out so she stayed.
