Responsibilities include: - Coordinating IPS-H employees with external contractors during security (reclamation, guard patrol, etc.) operations. - Negotiating contracts with external security contractors. - Mission briefing and debriefing for external security contractors. - Internal debriefing on actions taken by currently employed external security contractors. - Create and communicate objectives for external security contractors based on priorities set by IPS-H management. - Modify objectives during ongoing projects with external security contractors based on changing conditions.
