for sirius i have alwayssss thought of him as the most traditionally handsome of the four- if not the only one that can be considered that lmao. i have pretty much always had a very clear vision of the black family all having thin noses, high cheekbones, and thick shiny black hair ofc. i also like to give him a very pale almost victorian child esque complexion. i dont think theres much of a natural blush to his face, but he bruises very easily and intensely. this is my compromise for him for sure being inbred but also jaw droppingly beautiful in my mind. dont think too hard about the logic there.

for james i absolutely subscribe to the desi headcanon it is hard to imagine him otherwise atp. my general thoughts trying to design him are BIG NOSE, SHARP LINES, SILLINESS! he looks a little goofy since hes a little goofy. i also die on the hill that he was an acne warrior im not sure why i ride so hard for this headcanon but it is just real to me. details like this make them feel more like real teenagers i suppose. and he has square glasses in my mind IDGAF! i did have donald from pitch perfect in mind when drawing this particular face.

for remus i just really wanted to lean into him being long and droopy and sad looking. long nose, long face, downturned eyes. i also lately have become attached to the idea of him having overgrown floppy hair. feels teenagery LOL im not in love with how i did his scars in this but i don't really have any set headcanons on how his scars sit on his face to begin with so just insert your own preferences there lol. its also not shown here because it's front on but i do imagine him to have a bit of a weaker jaw line. long tall lanky droopy nerd werewolf

for petahhhhh i didn't have a lot of thoughts tbh! i wanted to give him more personality as ive become a bit more endeared to him since the last time i tried to do a bust for him. i picture him with a rosy complexion with big pink cheeks. for his hair i searched "british man hair" on pinterest and just copied the first one that spoke to me. i also wanted to give him a slightly sandier more natural looking tone of blonde for his hair.
