ill be posting art here mostly bc tumblr feels like when i first started to share my art and did not care about engagement at all and creating was the only part what kept me happy

it feels like a safe space here idk how to explain, just like pinterest. my feed consists only of stuff i specifically follow, no discourse, no negativity, not having to deal with others. i missed being peaceful on a social platform. its nice

My favourite thing about the latest Twitter meltdown is all the artists reanimating their dead Tumblr accounts today and immediately being greeted with hundreds of notes because even a Tumblr account they literally have not posted to in 3–5 years has more active and engaged followers than the Twitter account that they've been updating daily.
