Unbelievable to me how incompetent someone people areā¦ Iām working on curriculum development for one of my jobs and our team has a shared OneDrive where everyone can upload and modify documents together and we can see who worked on what and everyone has the same copy of every document.
Well my one colleague has been downloading and modifying each document offline and then sending each file back to us in the group chat, which means there are now TWO versions of each document, and they are not synched in any way. So any changes heās made to them donāt show up for everyone in the shared driveā¦
Our program director literally told us to edit everything in the OneDrive specifically so this wouldnāt happen š this is the same guy who randomly decided to change naming conventions arbitrarily so his files made no sense. Iām so frustrated. Heās making me waste so much time
