also the guys have stressed over and over and over that what’s most important to them is that we armys enjoy their music and find comfort in it. like people are making thesis about how heartbroken bts will be if we don’t reach all of these goals for their anniversary and it’s like..???? bts love armys? their care for us isn’t conditioned by the goals we reach

streaming is supposed to be fun. twt armys love guilt tripping and calling countries lazy for their streaming stats and it’s like...? damn. im glad our fandom has grown but since like 2018 the fandom is too obsessed with streaming imo

part of bts appeal and artistry is that we can hear their stories through their lyrics. whether it’s a love story, recalling tough times, or even just having fun yo can hear the member’s influence. in their english songs they don’t participate in writing and it shows. it’s not about the song not being deep like im all for a cute, flirty, confession story song i just would also like to have bts tell the story.
