We always talk about the Kiss, “not like I want her”, the entirety of Save the Cat, as we should, but what really gets me is in the Heart when Adora traces her hands down Catra’s cheeks as their foreheads touch because she’s so certain that she’ll die and it’s the only way. And she’s so madly in love with Catra she doesn’t want her to be distressed at her imminent death. When Adora weakly says “it’s ok” as her hands cup Catra’s face. When she finally begins to draw them away only for Catra to catch them and firmly say “no”

why don't people in zombie apocalypse stories ever just wear suits of armor? you think any zombie is gonna get their shitty rotting jaws through this?

this goes along with my other pet peeve about zombie apocalypse stories, namely: why does no one ever think to ride a bike?
