Crash Bandicoot Cortex Island or commonly known as either Crash Bandicoot Free Roam or Crash Bandicoot: Vengeance is a Fan made game that was created by 2091riveraisrael in the year 2013, but was never developed. The Free Roam idea was known to have been thought of by Theb13maker, as the game was once Cancelled in the year 2012, but would be Reactivated and reworked on a year after in 2013.

The game is best known by 22 year old PROJECT Founder 2091riveraisrael who created multiple maps and levels that the Game will experience, He also came up with the Plot of the game in which game creator and Developer theb13maker of theb13maker productions, had become fond of his ideas and decided tow work with 2091riveraisrael on the Crash Bandicoot game. The PROJECT Corporation of right now the game is still deciding on an actual name, it is unknown if it will be called Cortex Island, or Free Roam. 2091riveraisrael stopped with production after creation 2 Logos for the game, and a grand total of about 5 Initial artworks resembling the games levels and terrains, from The PROJECT's Video game wing of Universal Sentra. Crash Bandicoot Cortex Island would be the first major Game to be created by both The PROJECT Corporation's Universal Sentra Branch line and  theb13maker productions.

Nigel Uno A.K.A Numbuh 1 was a British leader and head operative of both Sector's C during the K-Civil War era, V during the post war years. Described as a tactical genius by some and as a paranoid workaholic by others since the K-Civil War, Numbuh 1 takes his position and responsibilities as a KND operative too seriously. Numbuh 1, was the only member of Sector V, to have taken part in the K-Civil War, as a leader to Sector C from the year 2000 up until the year 2002.

Sector Cleveland commonly known as Sector C was a major 4 operative division in the Kids Next Door organization, that served under the KND from 2000 to 2002, during the events of the final years of the K-Civil War.
