“I guess it’s all working out now.”
Kylie let a small smile appear on her face for a few seconds, before letting it fade. ‘working out’ was a funny way to put it considering everything that has been happening between them. “For sure,” she mumbled.
“The truth is that I’m sorry.”
Kylie sniffled, she hated fighting with Kayla especially when it was basically about her having a big heart and making sure her bestie was okay. Kylie just hated feeling second best- that’s not what is supposed to happen when you in a relationship with someone. “You can apologize and apologize but unless changed behaviour happens- I don’t know how am I supposed to be sure that you mean it and that I am your first choice.”
