Someone told me to keep going; I think Geno looks at Mario and thinks about the idea of Death sometimes. The mortal body can only withstand so much, but Mario proves time and time again how rarely it matters. Geno both knows and doesn't know what drives Mario. The burden of the hero, the inescapable call for adventure, the love for the kingdom, the thrill of the fight. "You don't fear anything." He says to Mario. "The known, the unknown. Celestial bodies I know seem to think you'll live forever." 'I've grown accustom to that thought too.' Geno thinks, but he doesn't say it. Mario doesn't say anything either. He just tips the brim of his hat up a bit to look at him as if to say, "Are you worried?" Geno reads his gaze knowingly. The wooden body doesn't emote but his tone is calm. He says to Mario, "I'm not worried. I'm curious to know if I will live long enough to see your journey's end." I don't think Geno believes the life of a star can outlast a mortal mans, but he hopes Mario is the exception .
