Closing out my @1dpotluck day, allow me to share with you the irl directioners' meal I had last night with my daughters and my larrie neighbour whom I was introduced to by @theirloveisgross (Once the connection made, my irl fandom neighbour and I ended up working together, took over the playlist at work and spread the joy of 1D&solo songs all summer long!)

This was my long-awaited introduction to Chilean hotdogs aka completos. Yes kids, you can do this at home: Grab a hotdog bun, insert your fav wiener (we opted for vegan!), top with chopped tomato and some fookin' avocado, drizzle with mayo and ketchup... and you've apparently got yourself your very own italiano.

And it's not a meal with ailo, if I don't push vitamins, so dessert was my current healthy fav: pomegranate with yoghurt. Creamy and crunchy at the same time, with little bursts of flavour. What's not to love? (Getting the seeds out definitely earns this snack a spot in the slow food category, but what's the rush when listening to fift with great company, right?)
