Day 9/50

My PI gave me feedback on Wednesday of last week and I spiraled. But it’s okay. I recovered and had a good Valentine’s Day. I know how to fix my introduction. Working on data analysis for my last project. XPS is so dumb.

I need to finish my introduction by Thursday. Not looking forward to feedback for the rest of my paper. But it’s okay. It doesn’t need to reflect my worth. It just needs to be done.

Day 2/50

Well, I had 7 hours of meetings today and that sort of broke my brain. I did get some data analysis done and my collaborator meeting was productive to figuring out my third chapter. I took a nice walk to CVS as a break to get my husband mucinex because everyone around me is getting sick.

I spent my 15 minutes going through a review on membrane modification that gave me good resources for a section of my second paper. Hopefully I can get a lot more writing and data analysis done tomorrow.

Day 1/50

I need to get this stupid thing done, so I’m making a Tumblr challenge for myself.

I am graduating this semester, so I am working to finish my dissertation before April so I can defend late April. Final thesis is due May 1st.

Today, I’ve mostly been doing data collection and analysis. I spent 15 minutes at least with my outline. Added more to the third (maybe second, not sure about order) chapter plan. Now I’m going to sleep to get up early and do more data collection tomorrow. I’d love to be done collecting data in the next couple weeks.
