So just to show how much the times have changed since the 1920’s, you know, when relationships were more wholesome. When you didn’t have to worry about someone secretly filming you during an intimate encounter. Or when consent wasn’t such a confusing term. And maybe… there were some more gentlemen who wouldn’t completely boast about the details of a certain sexual encounter.

The 1920’s was the beginning of dating. Instead of supervised and arranged courting, casual dating and blind dates became more popular. Yet, in 2018 a whole new concept has emerged and for the millennials who are used to it, it’s nothing new like how somehow the term consent is confusing… and privacy is always a limited resource with the ease of recording pretty much anything - with or without your knowledge.

So in comparison: in the 1920’s people were just beginning to date without a chaperone and a parent arranging the meeting and now we need an app for everyone to have the ability to establish consent in a easy-to-understand way and to express your desire of not having an intimate moment splashed across all of our lovely social media sites. Now in 2018 there is an app called Everybody Loves Everybody (links below to check it out, it’s free to download). It’s so amazing the drastic change throughout the decades that this is now needed. In short, it lets users create an agreement which lets you establish your boundaries and rules during a sexual encounter. Which is pretttyyyyy helpful………
