Ooh, yeah, seeing that the fanservice claims have once again reared their ugly heads, I guess we gonna shut that one down with a ride down memory lane.

For the couple that has the most fanservice claims thrown at them, it's funny how us Jikookers are constantly left high and dry.

WHERE'S THAT FANSERVICE WE ARE SUPPOSEDLY BEING PROMISED (not by them, but by the fanservice cry wolf fuckers), EH?

Please tell me how this fanservice Jikook contract works, because as far as I understand, fanservice is for us, no? Lights on, cameras on, centre stage (per say).

Was JK hyperventilating part of the signed contract? I wonder.

I guess that acting like they are caught off guard would also be part of the contract, right? You know, make it more believable...

Award shows when off camera is also a clause of it's own I guess.

This is the last time I’m going to speak on this topic, but I have some things I want to say. My thoughts are not up for debate. You can take them or leave them, but I’m standing on business. Lots of JB references in the first part of this, but I’ll stop because this is serious now.

Song Daeun is a menace. She always has been and she always will be. Other companies have had to squash dating rumors with her before, but posting this video of Jimin is by far the most sinister thing she’s ever done, and in my opinion, Taekookers are the other half to blame for paying her broke ass and giving her the attention that she so desperately needs. She’s denied dating Jimin in the past by the way when her “fans” have asked her. Claimed she didn’t know him.

She’s also tried to imply that she was with JK telling her dog that “appa’s song (Seven) is playing”. She’s mentally unstable at best, evil at worst and I’m tired of ya’ll trying to act like her and Jimin were ever possibly romantically linked.

I’m ashamed actually that so many damn Jikookers on this app are just throwing up their hands and saying it really happened, they were really together at some point- five years ago mind you when Jikook were screaming at the top of their lungs but yeah OK sure Jan.

What seems to be the sticking point for people is the statement, and I’ll be honest at first, it left a bad taste in my mouth. I posted about as such, so you know I’m telling the truth. And I’m not removing that part of my history because I think it makes the context of what I’m about to explain to even more important.

I didn’t even believe it was real at first until people reminded me that this is how BigHit has handled other dating rumors in the past with Namjoon, Tae, ect. They give statements to the media and the media runs them.

The statement was vague, and I think that was on purpose.

Because the statement wasn’t for us

The statement was for her.

The statement was a warning in huge red letters that said try this again and there will be consequences because we aren’t taking legal action now. Trust us; you leak more videos, and we will.

And I fully believe that Jimin was involved in how the situation would be handled. Legal battles are messy in the US, and I’m sure they aren’t much better in Korea drawn out, expensive and emotionally taxing. Not to mention it’s possible that consultants didn’t feel there was enough grounds to even sue her or didn’t want to risk her retaliating in the process, but trust me this woman is unhinged enough to do that if she kept a five year old video and posted it where SHE looks like the insane one, not Jimin. She has no shame, no self esteem, ugly inside and out.

When Jimin lived in 9-1 they were NEIGHBORS because she was apparently dating a guy who lived there but even if she could afford that place on her own with her 0 won acting salary, they were neighbors. That’s the context. They probably said hi to one another, saw each other from time to time. Maybe they even became enough to be friends, although I doubt it. This woman has a public reputation.

But that elevator video with her screeching and hyperventilating… was anything but friendly. The look on his face was complete shock and not in a happy “nice to see you” way. He didn’t go to hug her, show any affection, regardless of whether he knew she was filming him or not he was NOT happy to see her.

The “JK” video which I maintain to this day wasn’t him plus the whole woman in that video was pregnant 😂 at least showed signs of affection. 0 affection in that Daeun video.

So think about it. A deranged woman who drinks on her TikTok lives has nothing else to do but fuel rumors and get paid to create narratives reads a vague statement that she can’t spin in her favor because that’s the point of the statement.

This situation was different. Other idols could deny dating her because she just associated some clothes and merch to them she didn’t have them on a video that she KEPT for five whole years with ill intent.

They had to tread much lighter in this situation to keep her from retaliating and to take- not just the high road but Jimin’s power back.

It’s worth noting that many k-army have clearly stated that the language used didn’t explicitly hint to a romantic relationship, but English speakers see “relationship” in the second half of the translated statement and all hell breaks loose while the aroace in me is like 🙄 so typical for people to associate that word with romance only, add to the fact that the word isn’t even a good translation of what was actually said in Korean, but I digress.

Think what you want, but until you’ve given it some more thought and space and RESEARCH, keep it to yourself. I’ll be honest, I had to do that. I had to sit with the statement more, look at the facts, read accurate translations from NATIVE speakers without an agenda, and put the delicate context of the situaton of her history into the statement.

Hear me now: Ya’ll are NOT going to rain on my Jikook parade. They didn’t break up so Jimin could date that psycho. Give Jimin more credit like DAMN.

I’m devastated because we finally got Jimin back from MS and back to seeing glimpses of his life of his personality on social media, and that evil witch violated him and took him away from us.

She invaded his privacy by filming him in that elevator. She invaded it again posting that absolutely fucked up video five years later.

I hope he is okay. I hope he knows this isn’t his fault. I hope he comes back when he’s ready and stronger than ever-even if it’s only on Weverse.

And I KNOW we will get wonderful magical Jikook moments at some point because they can’t help it. And I’m sure by then, yall will be acting like you never doubted them. 😒

I’ll remember though, how ya’ll acted about this. I’ll remember because this didn’t make me doubt shit. I’ve always been of the belief that since they got together whatever year that was that they never broke up and dated other people. I personally haven’t seen anything convincing to believe it, and I think they are too codependent (for better or for worse haha) to even handle being in the same band still if they broke up.

But if and I’m talking the biggest if in the universe that did happen in the timeline, neither of them dated Song Daeun that I’m 100% positive on that. Matter of fact, I’ll deposit it at the bank for you. I’ll write you a check.

Take your doom and gloom and doubt of Jikook somewhere else away from my blog. This is why I’ll never turn anons back on too.

If I have to protect my peace because everyone keeps spiraling about her nonsense, I’ll take a hiatus until ya’ll have gotten it together. It took me a couple days to process and get myself together. Try doing the same. And don’t take my word for it, look into her history with her references to Jungkook and Taehyung and other idols outside of BTS. Read the statement from the perspective of ensuring that she is shut down from posting more, and read what the actual words were that were used and what closer translations are. I’ve seen those floated around here. And then touch some grass and trust in Jikook. They’ll come back.

Like I’ve mentioned before, Jimin was simply acquainted with her—whether as a friend, a neighbor, or just someone he knew casually. Nothing more, nothing deeper.

As for the elevator video she posted, that's from 2020. I don't know how many of you are aware of this, but Jungkook rented a unit in the 91 complex that same year after the Itaewon club incident. And let’s not forget—2020 was also the year Jikook made it more than obvious through their actions that they were living together.

From the footage available, there were 12 different times in 2020 where Jikook were seen sharing a car ride together — just the two of them. And that’s not even counting the other moments we know of: arriving together at the BTS Pop-Up showcase and leaving together, heading to badminton practice for Run BTS 129 and Jungkook waiting for Jimin after Run BTS 127 so they could head home together.

It was also in 2020 when Hoseok suggested that everyone should send their work ideas to Jimin since he was the one in charge. Jungkook’s response to this was to immediately turn to Jimin and say, “So I just need to tell them to you, right?” Like… why bother texting or emailing when you’re literally living together?

They also arrived late together for their radio interview and, unsurprisingly, left in the same car. On Jin’s birthday, when Jin called them during his live, we found out they were together at the time too.

2020 was also the year Jungkook arrived to rehearsals with a hickey from Jimin. The same year they spent Jungkook’s birthday night together. The same year Jungkook mentioned that he regularly changes his alarm ringtone — and Jimin casually revealed what Jungkook’s current one was (a baby’s cry) while the rest of the members had no clue. That was also the interview where Jimin said that what he enjoys most these days is waking up and seeing Jungkook. Put those two details together, and it’s not hard to see what was really going on: they were living together and sharing a bed.

And then there’s the Life Goes On MV, directed by Jungkook himself. He chose to show both of them sharing a room. Later, he explained that he wanted the MV to feel authentic — which says everything we need to know.

Coming back to the whole Daeun situation — it’s possible she somehow slipped into Jimin and Jungkook’s friend circle at the time while Jimin was living there with Jungkook. And given her history, it’s not hard to figure out what really happened. She was a friend who took advantage of that friendship, twisting and manipulating circumstances to make it look like there was something more going on. Not to forget she tried to create self dating rumors with Jungkook too.

Just look at the videos she released of Jimin — every single one was cropped with no context of what was happening in the background or who else might have been there. The narrative she pushed relied entirely on what she chose to show, not on the full picture.

And if she had even the slightest clue about what was really going on with Jikook, then it’s not hard to imagine how she could use that knowledge to dangle over their heads. Which honestly explains a lot about how this entire situation spiraled into what we’re seeing now.

Now, back to Jikook — I’ve always said I believe they began dating in 2015. And looking at everything since then, it’s clear they’ve only grown closer with time. Over these ten years, there’s never been a sign of breakups, distance, or falling apart. Instead, what we’ve seen is a relationship that has steadily deepened, navigating every challenge together and coming out stronger each time. They're two people who have built a life together, steady and certain in each other.

Everything about their relationship points to monogamy. There’s loyalty, trust, and mutual respect — the very things that have given their bond such a solid foundation. And on top of that, there’s love. Not just love, but an intense, consuming kind of love.

Both of them show signs of deep emotional and physical attachment — call it codependency or whatever word fits better — and we saw it clearly in 2023, which eventually led to them enlisting together. So no, don’t tell me they broke up, that Jimin went off and dated or hooked up with someone else and then somehow circled back to Jungkook. This is not fanfic for them to have gone through all that while they remained practically attached at the hip in 2020. And we are talking about Jimin here, the person who said that he would love only one person for the rest of his life. And the moment he fell for Jungkook, it was clear he had already found that person. Show him some respect. Show them some respect. Send your love and support to him especially during these times.

Jungkook continuously and unconsciously moving back to sleep on Jimin’s arm even after being nudged away, speaks so much volumes.

We could chalk it up to familiarity. After all, Jimin was the person Jungkook was most familiar with out of everyone there. But it’s the context of the whole thing plus their sleep history that makes all the difference.

Jungkook saying he didn’t know why he did it…that he guessed he just wanted to lean on him…did it for me. It struck me because it felt….honest. As vulnerable as it may have made him seem, he didn’t try to hide behind an excuse. I feel like the usual Jungkook might have played it off by saying the space was tight or coming up with some other exuse but he didn’t. He was straightforward about it, no matter how it made him look. Far cry from GCFT Jungkook who said he only took so many pictures and videos of Jimin because there was no one else there. (Sure Jk, sure)

During episode 5 of AYS?! Jungkook and Jimin, as they shared the same single braincell, mused: 'Imagine if we had met as same age friends'.

'We would have been copies of each other', Jimin says. 'Annoying our teachers.' There is a pause before he says that, a wealth of possibilities, different timelines floating in his head. They laugh it off,.... but to me, that idea stuck.

Jungkook’s initial thought intrigued me. I couldn't completely grasp his meaning. Sure, he said it because, at that moment, they were telepathically synced up. Yes, they're a lot alike. They share history. But to be the same age? What lay behind this 'desire', so freely expressed?

I suppose it runs deeper than what my superficial knowledge of Korean culture can discern. Meaning: To me, it felt like I couldn't grasp it fully because the rules of hyarchigal age structures in Korean society are not ingrained for me. I superficially understand honorifics. The rest must be lived to understand fully. The closest I can understand is that there is a certain power an elder holds over you, and you hold over a younger person. As one Korean food blogger once said, and I am paraphrasing: "Once people [at the gathering] knew I was the youngest of the group, the tables turned, all former deference and admiration vanished and they ordered me around like I was their lackey."

Rules one must live by because society says so. Does that sound familiar? Something someone might want to, at times, do away with? 🤔

To Jungkook, this comment about wishing they had MET as the same age friends must have run deep. It hinted at a scar, a wound healed years before. It's a very intimate comment, imho. Probably a great conversation starter for another night, but here, in this tiny restaurant on a snowy day in Japan, it was a glimpse of the various layers their relationship is cocooned in.

Friends, brothers, partners, and perhaps even lovers.

As I was watching or reading or trying to parse my thoughts regarding Jikook, this comment kept nagging at me. And I think I'm settling on this:

What Jungkook is expressing is the fact that with Jimin, he already feels like the same age friend. What if these arbitrary barriers society has rigged up around them weren't there? This hierarchical structure demands subservience and patronage in equal measure and that became uncomfortable once Jungkook realized that with Jimin, their relationship demanded something completely different.

It hinted at a certain freedom they could have had If he had a choice. The freedom to have something malleable and wholly their own. Something to cherish in a society that demanded you follow the arbitrary rules.

Jungkook doesn’t do well with rules. He loves to pave his own way. Especially once you outgrow the rules. When the rules don't serve your desire.

In that moment, he's saying something to Jimin that I am sure Jimin already knows. So his 'confession' is towards us, the viewer, 'I already feel like those barriers are non-existent when I'm with Jimin.'

“When I naturally meet eyes with Jimin and high five him after a concert. I feel like I’m especially connected to Jimin in some ways on stage and off stage too”

Jungkook's wish, his desire, was to have been Jimin’s equal. To have been standing on the same level of the hyarchigal structure of society. So that there had been 0 boundaries to cross and maneuver around when it came to their relationship. Maybe just less boundaries, because there were boundaries a plenty between them.

Because I really do feel like overcoming those issues was part of what caused them friction, especially in the beginning. He might have wanted to have a semblance of normalcy when it comes to their relationship. So much of what they deal with is mired in secrecy and obfuscation. Hiding and pretending. Those are not things that go well with Jungkook’s personality. He's pretty straight in that regard... 😌

What a relief to have had someone you could feel at ease with. Someone to look up to. Who's work ethic is impossibly high, as high as yours is. Someone who's driving force is to share, to love, to perform. I'll never take anything away from either of them in regards to other members, but this has to be said:

'When Jungkook looks at Jimin, he sees his equal.'

One of Jungkooks last lives was him wearing the black and white Nike jacket.

The March 14 2023 live. Where Jungkook started the live at 8:11 KST (cough 8/11 cough). The same live where he teased Jimin's SMF pt2 reminding us all that something amazing is gonna come up at midnight. It was White Day in SK.

On Dec 27 2023 we see Jimin wearing the Nike Swoosh Black Jacket along with a black beanie in BTS Monuments Beyond The Star

Jimin was in self quarantine at the time. So, its from Dec 14 2021. We get to know about the date from Jimin's phone screen and also from his conversation with Hoseok the same day

Now let me do a brief recap of Jungkook's Dec 8 2023 live.

When Jungkook starts the live, we see him walking home. He's going home after his workout. He talks about Bam (cause there was a rude comment asking him if he abandoned Bam), how he adopted Bam, took him home and cared for him, about Bam's training center, how he often visits Bam there and brings him home whenever he can. It is during this live that he hints that maybe Bam will have an IG in the future.

He sings songs for ARMY. Complains about the sweat. And changes his outfit to a purple hoodie just 15 mins before the live ends.

Now let's talk about the second part of your ask. About Jikook's conversation in Japan

Jikook got their first snow of this year in SK on Nov 27 2024.

When I saw Bam in this outfit I immediately thought of Jikook twinning on Valentine's Day in 2017

So, I think when the first snow fell in SK Jungkook was reminiscing about his time with Jimin in Sapporo. And also about Bam. His cute family of 3.

According to SK tradition, if you experience the first snow with the person you like, it will lead to a long lasting true love between the two. Because of this many couples promise to meet each other at a certain place to enjoy the first snow and hope for their love to be eternal.

BTS did this interview on Dec 2017. Here, Jimin said that his wish was to see the first snow every year.

And he did. He did it with Jungkook on Jan 8 2018. Their first snow together as a couple (that we know of). Maybe they had watched it before too but this was the only one they shared with us till now. They let us in on their cute, romantic moment

When asked about their favorite weather:

On Nov 25 2018 Jikook went on their ice skating date right after they landed in SK after their Japan Concert

This sweet, romantic moment where Jungkook wakes up, climbs the mountain, brings snow with him and gifts it to Jimin cause he knows Jimin loves snow. And we see Jimin being worried about Jungkook feeling cold. Both of them always thinking about the other

On Nov 25 2023 Jikook flew to Sapporo. Sapporo is also a wonderful winter honeymoon destination for couples.

He's wearing the same watch he wore during his Sept 1 2023 live. The 1997 model watch, which was set to Jungkook's birth time when he started the live (I love that moment so much. Its so romantic and loud. There's no other explanation to why he did that other than the most obvious one which is proudly showing his love for Jungkook).

I don't know if Jungkook posted those 2 pics intentionally on the same day when the first snow fell in SK. But when we (jkks) saw those 2 pics our mind immediately went to Jikook, right? Because in the first pic of Jungkook with Bam, Jungkook's jacket is the same as the one Jimin was also seen wearing (including the black beanie). The second pic is the one where Bam's wearing a green and grey jacket. Again, Jikook were seen twinning in green and grey jackets on Valentine's Day.

So, is it all a coincidence?

In my opinion Jikook and the word coincidence don't go hand in hand. Cause once, twice or even thrice can be considered a coincidence. But when it comes to Jimin and Jungkook its not a coincidence but a consistent pattern of their choices.

We have seen the whole Jikook sharing/ matching clothes, accessories saga, right? They even did it during their Solo Era. So, I'm not gonna share all that here since most of you would have already seen it. But I'll share some which looks really interesting:

1) Jimin wearing Jungkook's old T-shirt in Hoseok's bday live

2) After Jungkook uploaded GCF Tokyo an Army commented under the official BH tweet asking Jimin if he's dating Jungkook and if he is then to post a selca with glasses. After 3 days Jimin uploads a video where he is seen wearing the same green hoodie which Jungkook wore during their Tokyo trip, with a glasses filter on. He captions it "glasses"

3) Jikook in denim shirts. They looked and acted so couple coded here that Namjoon asked them if they were dating to which neither of them responds nor denies it

4) BTS pic with TXT where Jikook are wearing matching black outfits along with the hats

5) Jikook in couple pajamas for LGO MV. Jungkook wanted it to be as realistic as possible. And thats why there were seen sharing a room together cause thats what they have been doing in real life. Sharing a room, a home and being a couple

6) Jikook's color coordinated outfits for AYS Sapporo (Black & beige and Grey)

7) The staff had already prepared pajama sets for them, which can be seen on the bed but they chose to wear the couple pajama sets they brought with them

8) Jimin wearing Jungkook's sweater to bed in Winter Package

Jikook knows very well that we catch on to the hints and clues they keep dropping here and there.

So, I don't think we are delusional if we connected the pics Jungkook uploaded today to Jikook. And Jungkook himself said that when its gonna snow during their ms he would recall the moment he shared with Jimin during their Sapporo trip.

But add to it Bam too cause he's also a part of their family. So, when it snowed today in SK Jungkook's thoughts were filled with Jimin and Bam. His small, precious family.
