Something I made while dealing with my own stuff and hoping drawing this would pick me up somehow. Maybe it worked.

ok so, Jax is a lanky tall rabbit. A jumping animal. Ribbit, his friend who abstracted was also a tall lanky animal known for jumping. Were they possibly brothers? They look similar, even in the circus. Caine, or whoever controls him, perhaps knew they were brothers and made them look similar or related. Also, Jax may feel extremely guilty because HE WAS THE OLDER BROTHER AND WAS SUPPOSED TO PROTECT HIM. His character is reminiscent of a mean but caring older brother. HIS BROTHER RIBBIT MAY HAVE BEEN HIS TETHER TO KINDNESS AND WHEN RIBBIT ABSTRACTED HE MAY HAVE EMBRACED HIS ARCHETYPE AND LOST THE MEANING HIS BROTHER GAVE HIM

I should be working on my cosplay but Sweetfrog and the Easter bunny being gay had distracted me.

I am convinced Jax would teasingly call Ribbit “Sweet frog”. Not only does he look the part, but it’s a cute name.
