I baked these almond, coconut and chocolate biscuits awhile ago and they helped me through many long days at work. I need to make some more as my snack stash is getting low. My Saturday so far has been pretty darn good. I’m not working. I went to the market and drank coffee. I’m currently eating fresh bread with pesto. I do not have any obligations. And I bought a new book! The only negatively was walking into the brand new department store I used to work at in the city that opened today and seeing how beautiful and clean everything is (and warm too) compared to the same run down, cold, leaking place I have to work in five day a week. The jealously is real. But I’m having a good weekend so it’s okay 👌🏽
