Having boundaries with toxic people sucks like actually. Like i love talking to you and being around you but certain things you do and say just hurt me. Like wdym I have to be the one to stop talking to you so i can feel better because you simply cant see the hurt you’re causing for not just me but you as well.

And also it’s not as if the abuser isn’t hurting either i’m not saying that bcuz ik a lot of people in these situations simply don’t know what they’re doing is wrong. But like if you tell the person what you’re doing is hurting them…MULTIPLE TIMES throughout the relationship then it’s a problem. Sometimes at first it’s no biggie bcuz you love this person and understand they’re hurting, and sometimes it’s still the same years into the relationship except you’re exhausted now from constantly dealing with it. Don’t get mad if people are calling you out for your toxic behaviors or if friends leave you, i know it’s hard but take it more as a learning lesson. Even if you weren’t the toxic one or hell who knows maybe you both were toxic. Take from that last relationships and learn and grow from them to become an even better version of yourself.
