[[It’s been exactly a year since I made the first post on this blog. It’s been a year of growth and learning through it. And I had not a single clue that it would actually become something people would like. My only hopes for this blog were to maybe receive one or two asks every now and then, and through them have a reason to continue drawing and practice more, something I had neglected doing due to schoolwork. And what a better way than to do so than with my beloved Levi, and using my favorite mythical creature as theme.

Being completely honest, this was also a way for me to distance myself from the real world, where my life was, and still is, nothing but family drama, financial issues left and right, and stress, stress, and more stress. I really don’t know how I could have gone through this whole past year without this blog and everything it has brought me. I almost didn’t, as it is. 

I can’t really express enough how thankfull I am for all your support, because this all has now become a full time job, and has encouraged me to explore new fields and ways to present my work. It’s helped me emotionally, mentally and financially as well. Every single ask, comment, like, reblog, tag, mention, and so on, makes me value life a little bit more, and gives me more strength to keep going. I know to some it may sound silly to put so much value into a blog, but this simple little blog feels to me like a child, that I’ve nurturing, tending to and forming for a whole year, it now has its own soul of some sort, it has a voice and a personality. 

I want to watch it grow more, and for you guys to raise it with me.
